Room Tablet for requesting services like towels or declining house keeping does not work. Staff ignore the multiple submitted requests. Had to walk to front desk to get towels. House keeping still entered room even though we put in a request to cancel house keeping during our stay through the tablet. Shower is also poorly designed. Water seeps under glass panels and soaks the bathroom floor. They need to add caulking underneath the fixed shower door panel.

Our stay at Crystal Brook Flynn Hotel was less than ideal due to a small pool and limited variety in the breakfast buffet. We also encountered a cockroach in our room, which was a bit concerning. Overall, the hotel could benefit from some improvements in cleanliness and amenities.
