THE SPACE:
Absolute beachfront house is located on Holloways beach a short drive (15 minutes) from Cairns city and all major attractions.
The large lounge area opening onto an undercover patio and private garden with pool offer a suite perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay.
All four air-conditioned bedrooms have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has ocean views, a king bed and ensuite. The second room offers queen-size bed, garden views, the third has ocean views and two single-size beds which can be converted to another king bed (please ensure weeks notice) and the fourth bedroom has a single-size bed with a trundle bed ideal for kids.
The house comes with two bathrooms - ensuite and main, separate internal laundry and high-quality towels and bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
The fabulous private outdoor area with tropical plants, seating area, undercover dining area and the private swimming pool is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.
A carport for up to four cars for your sole use is included in your reservation.
PLEASE NOTE:
There is no fence between the beach and the house therefore it could be dangerous for small children unless supervised.
The garden and pool are maintained fortnightly, and although we do endeavor to arrange our gardener or pool man to service when the property is vacant, during busy periods it is possible for a service to be done during your stay.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.
Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events.
• No strippers.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in in between 3pm and 7pm. Late check-in fee $45 applies for check-in 7pm-9:30pm.
• No glass around the pool.
• Host will take a copy of ID for all people staying in the apartment.
