"Getting in was a hassle because I didn't receive the code but after we worked that out things were great. Place is clean and bed is comfortable. Weird there's no hot water in kitchen or bath sinks but shower is super hot. Little yard outside door is a nice touch. Despite listing there is not a washer/dryer and you go through clothes quickly in the heat. A/c cools the place down nicely. Kitchenette is nice to have. I will be back."

We went into Rincon for restaurants and the art walk. Aguada is off the beaten path and rincon has more to do and see. Would recommend and would do it again"

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler!
