"After seeing the lack of cleanliness and facilities offered by the hotel/B&B, we desperately stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel in Naples for the remainder of our trip. As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were told that travelling from the hotel to Naples or anywhere will be costly as it was limited to railway trains or taxis. The b&b was situated in another town so the cost for taxi ride was double and it was a 35mins walk to the nearest station which would've been useful...

For Breakfast we were given coupons to go the a local coffee shop for coffee and croissant. the only drawback was the check-in. We were not contacted by the property in regard to check-in procedure, we only add a local telephone number for which we could not call with our cell. we could only communicate on WhatsApp or email.
