To reach the premises you need to climb 3 flights of stairs.

The living and sleeping areas are furnished with extreme care, in a modern Sardinian style. In this apartment, every detail has been carefully planned.

Guests will be asked for their personal details and the signing of a tourist lease. That is mandatory by law; there is no surcharge.

A security deposit of e150 is required.
The security deposit will be released automatically after 4 days from check-out unless proven bad waste management by the guest, or proven damage to the property.
