A comfortable home-like experience. Studio type of unit condominium located at the Loop Tower Limketkai, very close to all the locations of the city. A 2-4 mins walk to Limketkai mall, Robinsons, Banks, and Government offices. All homes and Coffee Project are located directly in front of the tower.

The unit itself is on the 7th floor of the tower. Ideally for 2 guests only but can accommodate up to 3 with its queen-sized bed, comfortable living and dining area

Check-in: 2:00 pm,
Check out: 12:00 noon.
Early check-in or late check-out may be permitted depending on availability.
strictly no smoking in any area of the unit.
No pets allowed
Respect towels and sheets
Always bring the key with you. For lost keys, a replacement fee of P100 each will be charged.
Shoes off please, use the available slippers instead. The shoe rack is located near the entrance.
Guests are held accountable for any damages incurred during their stay. You will be responsible for the replacement or shall be charged accordingly.
Visitors are only allowed until 8 pm, otherwise, they will be charged per head per night. P300/day for additional pax. No extra bedding is provided.
Please minimize noise at night since the unit is not soundproof.
Kitchen Rules - If it smells, throw it away If it’s dirty, wash it. If you get it out, put it away. If it’s ON, turn it OFF.
