"Food was great, room clean , staff nice , this hotel offers some family activities such is nice but around the cabins the grass, yard hallways need more attention they're need a new restoration. It doesn't matter if this hotel rise price but offer instead better amenities. Something looks really old and careless."

"Staff were wonderfully helpful. I asked to switch rooms because of street noise and staff came up with a quiet alternative. Parking in a secure lot was also provided upon request. Enjoyed a quiet made to order breakfast."

"Antes de la llegada me contacte para confirmar la estadia, me exigieron un deposito del 30% a un numero de cuenta o de lo contratio no me mantendrian la reserva, una vez en el lugar la habitacion no justificaba el costo, el baño sin chapa, la habitacion muy pequeña, nunca hicieron aseo durante la estadia, el personal de la noche todo el tiempo estuvo gritando riendo, el plan era de descanso, lo cual nunca fue posible, la piscina la alquilaban a transeuntes solo por pagar el uso de la misma,...

"Le paradis... dans un parc immense avec des oiseaux par centaines. De superbes piscines. On y mange très bien et tout le monde apporte un service avec un grand sourire. Les chambres sont très modernes. On peut découvrir la colline en buggy pour tout visiter tellement c'est grand. Des manguiers, bananiers .... c'est très beau "

"Thought the property is beautiful, it needs lots of maintenance. There were several things broken or not working properly. The property’s main attraction, the sauna and the steam room didn’t work. The cabin’s main door lock was broken and the light bulb in front of the cabin didn’t work…. Sometimes we didn’t have hot water in the shower "
