It is very well located, close to kilometer-long beaches and the Puerta de Mar Hospital, on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

The completely exterior house consists of a comfortable living-dining room with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed where rest is assured, a bedroom with a very comfortable trundle bed, a bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and a covered patio. with a small toilet. The apartment has 90 m2 and capacity for up to 4 people.
