Lake Country - Waterfront With Style

A panoramic view of the lake greets you as you walk into this completely renovated beauty. It's the perfect place to relax with friends and family while enjoying the amenities of being right on Lake Barley. Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is known for its hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, and wildlife viewing and nearby Lake Barkley State resort for it's lodge, marina, and 18-hole golf course. Restaurants and groceries in downtown Cadiz are about 10 minutes away.

THE SPACE

You walk right into the main level living room with a large couch and plenty of seating facing the lake and the 55” LCD smart TV. The open kitchen layout with stainless steel appliances is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including a coffee maker and refrigerator with ice maker. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed with its own private bath and 55” LCD smart TV. It is on this top level with its own sliding glass door access to a private upper deck area with seating. The main deck extends the width of the house and has plenty of seating around a gas fire pit with an outdoor eating area with a gas grill as well as a smoker grill. From the main living room, stairs lead you down to the bottom level living room equipped with a trundle bed holding two twin beds, a 42” LCD smart TV, a seating area, and a sliding glass door leading out to the patio. This patio has a wood fire pit area, a swing and plenty of room for a game of corn hole. The king bedroom on this level has a 42” LCD smart TV and shares a full bath with the trundle bed living area. The large queen bedroom on this floor has a 55” LCD smart TV, its own private bath and sliding glass door access to the patio area. The driveway holds two cars, and there is plenty of parking area in front of the house.

Weekend Retreat
It's worth it for the view! We enjoyed great sunsets while grilling out. You also start each morning watching the mist clear off the lake and lots of interesting birds.

This is a beautiful home that looks like it has been recently remodeled. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Wonderful view of the lake.

I celebrated my 65th birthday there with friends and family. Truly enjoy my stay. The property was as it was presented, well stocked kitchen, very clean, absolutely georgeous sunrises and sunsets. I would visit again and have recommended to friends and family.

Amazing lake view
The home had the most amazing view of the lake! This house has been completely remodeled with a beautiful spacious master bedroom on the main floor. Two more bedrooms with two full baths and laundry on the lower level that led out to the patio with a big fire pit. I would buy this house if it were ever up for sell!

Great location allows you to quickly get to lodge or Cadiz or LBL. Soft beds! Everything you need in the kitchen. Couldn’t use cushioned chairs on deck until they dried out from rain, but we brought our own.

Gorgeous view in wonderful home
Our family loved this home. Very spacious, clean, and relaxing environment. Favorite part was sitting on back deck roasting marshmallows while watching the sunset. Great interactions with manager. This is definitely a great place to unwind and enjoy the lake.

Excellent Views and Stylish Home
The home was inviting, beautiful, and stylish. The views were magnificent. You could enjoy them from every room. The owners were very helpful answering our questions. They supplied beautiful and thoughtful furniture. One couldn't ask for a better house. The only drawback was that there was no safe access to the water. Otherwise, we enjoyed our visit and would rent again!

Property was what we expected. It was clean withh a beautiful view of lake. It was a hot week so we didnt get to sit on the decks. But with windows got to enjoy the view. We would definitely stay again

Great deck to enjoy sunrise and coffee or sunset and cocktail! Lots of boat, barge, fish jumping, duck swimming, squirrel jumping and woodchuck. Very well laid out floor plan. Nice little amenities…dish soap, laundry pods, toilet paper, plenty of bath towels. Very clean! Great appliances and materials used to “craft” the inside. Would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem on the Lake
We chose this listing based on the photos of the lake view and we were not disappointed! Walking into the house, the view of the lake was the very first thing that grabbed our attention. We enjoyed early morning coffee and evening drinks on the deck with the view. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was close enough to Cadiz thay we could go for anything we needed for far enough from town to feel secluded. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to booking there again in the future!

This home is a beautiful place although there is no internet no TV no access to the lake at all you must bring everything with you there's not even foil the house is very comfortable bring your own Night Lights it's dark at night the only bad thing is there is no internet and there is no TV

Fantastic View!
This rental was outstanding! Every one of us that walked through the front door said WOW. The view is the spectacular. This place was spotless and was in perfect condition. We loved sitting on the deck in the evenings and the fire pit was good for a chilly night. I looked at this rental for several weeks and hesitated to rent it since there were only 8 reviews and I thought that was a red flag. Apparently it is a fairly new rental so that explains the lack of reviews. I am so glad we chose to stay here and would certainly rent again.

Perfect Stay
What a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as pictures show, as were the views from the large deck! So much room! And having the 3 1/2 bathrooms was truly wonderful for privacy. Even though the first day and half was lots of rain, it was wonderful just to sit and look out the entire wall of windows at the lake and watch the storms. Beds were comfy as was the huge couch to relax and nap on. The little town of Cadiz was charming with antiques shops, food, etc...and there were plenty of marinas to rent boats. We enjoyed eating at Bambino's Cadiz for pizza and sandwhiches, and Cadiz Family Restaurant for delicious breakfast and even better fried chicken, and also Moon River Restaurant, best Calzones ever!! We rented pontoon boat at LAKE BARKLEY MARINA, lots of fun on the lake!

Lake Therapy
We are a group of 5 retired women that travel 3-4 times a year. Our recent trip was to stay at Lake Country. We absolutely loved it. Our preference is to be on the waterfront and this property delivered splendidly on that. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. It was very well equipped. The decor was appealing and restful. And, the house was very clean. We enjoyed watching the activity on the lake and could see barges to the west. We thought we would go to Cadiz to try a restaurant or two but we decided not to leave Lake Country at all. Some of us didn't leave the house until our check out day. We will definitely consider staying there in the furture.

Relaxing Getaway
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house and accommodations exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect spot to escape and unwind.
