Located 2 minutes walk from the beach La Caleta, the apartment El encanto de la Palma is situated in the neighborhood "La Viña" in the heart of Cádiz, which boasts beautiful, historic buildings and a lovely holiday atmosphere. Combining its 18th century architecture with a highly modern interior, the charming vacation apartment on the ground floor consists of a living room with rustic brick masonry and a sofa bed (for 2 people), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable television and a baby cot. Due to the apartment’s truly optimal location, cafes, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and the famous beach La Caleta is only a 2-minute walk from your front door. A perfect place for a beach and city holiday! The most popular sights of Cádiz - the Gran Teatro Falla, the castles of Santa Catalina and San Sebastian, Parque Genovés, and Paseo Campo del Sur are all located within a 15-minute walk from the property.

Nice apartment in historic Cadiz
Easy to get around old Cadiz from this ground level apartment. No parking on premises or in front but only a block away and inexpensive. Recommend for couples.

Nice Apartment, but a lot to be desired in the bedroom.
Very cool apt, But it doesn't have any windows. The bedroom was really the only issue. It was depressing and very uncomfortable. The AC unit was old and if you left it on too long without emptying the water it would overflow all over the floor. The exhaust for the AC goes out of a glass brick wall open to the courtyard and units above the property. Apparently this is where the neighbors went to smoke (seemingly all night and morning) so the bedroom filled with cigarette smoke and for non-smokers this was a nightmare. The bed was small, uncomfortable, and bedding was not nice either. We still had a great time and enjoyed the rest of the apartment (the bathroom was super nice), but we dreaded going to sleep in the bedroom.
