Apartamentos El BALNEARIO, only 3 minutes walk from the Caleta Beach, will make you enjoy pleasant days at the beach, carnivals and Easter, next to the pedestrian street Virgen de la Palma, known for its restaurants and its famous church, with its majestic palm trees and its magnificent restaurants of "pescaíto" frito (fried fish).

There are 3 flats in a renovated building without lift, with a COMMUNAL SOLARIUM TERRACE.

Each flat has 40m2 and a modern and cosy style. They have a living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. There is also a double sofa-bed in the living room, which means that the flats can accommodate up to 3 people.

Ubicación y atención del personal de Cádiz4Rentals. Equipamiento cocina. No tiene caja fuerte. Ajustes de fontanería en baño: cisterna, soporte y teléfono ducha (podría ser de barra), ajuste grifo lavabo.

Balnerio was a great place to stay & enjoy Cadiz
Barrio La Viña is awesome albeit a tad loud at times! El Balneario is a great location with easy access to popular places in Cadiz. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a short walking distance. We loved having the terrace. While I am not sure you can do anything about it, there was a musty smell at times.
