Less than 90 minutes north of Grand Rapids and 55 minutes south of Traverse City, this is a prime location with plenty of excellent amenities nearby.

Lake Mitchell is an all-sports lake over 2,500 acres and is connected to Lake Cadillac by the Clam Lake Canal, offering another 1,100 acres of fishing and water recreation. You can jump on your boat and cruise over to Lakeside Charlie’s on Lake Mitchell or stop at the Dockside Inn on Lake Cadillac.

Main floor of cottage features fully stocked kitchen, dining room surrounded by many windows to bring in natural light, living room with floor to ceiling windows and slider to provide amazing views of the lake, bedroom with lake view, and full bath with tub/shower and washer/dryer.

2nd floor includes loft area with TV and sitting area, 3 bedrooms (2 with lake view), and bathroom with tub.

Lakeside of cottage features a spacious deck for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun, and fire pit to enjoy nightly fires and smores. 50 ft of lake frontage with a sandy and shallow shoreline (1-2 ft) provides a great space for swimming, playing, and soaking up the sun. Kayaks available at no additional cost. *Pictures will be updated once dock is fully installed and deck furniture is placed out.

Non-lake side includes two car driveway and plenty of parking space directly across the street with ample space for vehicles and boat trailers. Located on a private drive with views of the Cadillac Golf Course, minimal traffic allows for kids to ride bikes and scooters when they need a break from the lake.

Party store located right at the end of the road within easy walking distance, stocked with plenty of snacks, necessities, and beverages. Drive about 2 minutes into town for a small handful of restaurants (pizza, coffee shop, ice cream, Subway, McDonalds), or go another 10 minutes to Downtown Cadillac where you will find Meijer, Walmart, Dunhams, small boutique shopping, meat market with delicious ribs to go, and a large selection of both fast food and dine-in restaurants. In addition, numerous dirt bike and ATV trails within 15 minute drive.
