"We absolutely loved this place! It’s simple and beautiful. We could retire in this home! The hosts are amazing!!!!! The day before we were scheduled to arrive there was a huge thunderstorm that flooded their dock and caused damage. They spent all the next day (our arrival date) repairing and cleaning the dock and property for our arrival. We would have totally understood if the dock wouldn’t be able to use during our stay but I was. They are clearly special people with a special place to stay....

"We had a girls trip with 5 women. Everyone loved the house. It was clean, and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed. It was right on the water. Nice view. Short drive to Oaklawn and bath houses and all the cute shops. Will definitely stay there again! "

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Hot Springs! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The hot tub was such a treat on chilly nights, and we made the most of it. The game room was a huge hit—everyone had a blast, and it kept us entertained for hours. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!"

"Close to everything, grocery 2 minutes away. Hot tub was perfect after day of hiking."

"What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! "

"It was a pleasant stay, if you are just looking for a place to spend the night its good. The bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was very small (one person at a time), the communication with the host was not great. On night 2, the Netflix account was not working and I texted her, never responded back so had to use our account - no issue there (they have a label saying to not log out of accounts) "

"We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. "

"The house was exactly as listed and was the perfect getaway for our family Spring Break! My parents arrived first and sent me a text saying "the house is awesome" followed a little later by "these are my people, there is a frosted glass in the freezer!" The house was clean and well stocked. We would stay here again!"

"This is such a great place to stay! It is very warm and inviting. They have done an amazing job restoring the old cottage. It has a very nice large back yard. The back deck is amazing with great views of the lake. I enjoyed opening the back door and listening to the ducks, geese and birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. All of the appliances are very nice and updated. The bed was super comfy with very nice linens. The host was super friendly and very helpful with great places...
