"It was nice and had a great view"

"Staff was excellent. Liked dining area. Although upgrades have been made, disliked scarred bathtub, beat up lampshades, light coming in from around the room door, exhaust fan was on when bathroom light was on-too noisy and hallway carpet was not laid properly. Although it looked new, it was wrinkled. Did any of these dislikes make a difference in my stay? No. I would stay there again."

"The staff was friendly & welcoming. The rooms were clean,spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great ! Lots of food to choose from. Location was convenient to everything Hot Springs has to offer. I’ll definitely be back here anytime I stay in Hot Springs."
