"Property shows great potential. Staff were amazing, rooms were comfortable and restaurant was delicious. It seems like a crew of handymen need to spend a few weeks there however. Door stoppers were broken off in the room, one leaving a sharp metal for your toe to find in the dark. The spa is a good setup, but 2/3’d of the jets didn’t work. There was enough sand and junk in the pool to fill a bucket. The sauna wood is starting to rot and plans and wall are loose in many places"

"Fantastic location, great ocean view, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast. My only concern was with the shower, which was lukewarm on two of my three nights. When I reported it to the front desk, they explained that it was due to high demand at the same time, but this didn’t make sense, as it wasn’t a busy season. For a four-star hotel, I’d expect a reliable hot water supply regardless of occupancy. Overall, though, a great experience with just this one small issue."

"Nice hotel, parking can be difficult due to limited availability, but it also very well located so you can walk to a lot of places. "

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. "When we arrived the place was clean and organized. It is located in a very quiet place. It is a good place to take a break from the city. It has good access to the beach and the villages in the neighbourhood I had all the essentials for a short break. Overall a very cosy place."
