"Amazing - Ideal for a family holiday. We had a lovely time at Joao’s house. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 people. Supermarkets are close. We enjoyed relaxing together in the space and everyone (especially the children) loved the pool! Joao was great - communication with him was smooth and helpful and he really cared that we had a good time."

"A estadia foi bonita, a Susana e uma querida e recebeu-nos muito bem. A casa e muito grande e estivemos ao todo 18 pessoas incluindo duas crianças de 2 e 5 anos. Ha escorrega, baloiços . cama elastica, tartarugas. Para os adultos jogos de tabuleiro, matraquilhos, mesa de ping pong e snocker. A zona exterior de refeições tem uma mesa enorme que da para ficarmos todos e ainda assim ocupamos so metade da mesma. "Este local é muito bonito e tranquilo e a casa é muito confortável. Mas se procura privacidade é melhor procurar noutro sitio. Aqui vai ter o caseiro todos os dias a rondar dentro da propriedade. Isso para nós não funcionou muito bem. Não voltaremos."

"Johanna ist ein sehr freundliche und großzüge Gastgeberin auf ihrer schönen, ruhigen Farm mit toller Gartenanlge. Die weitläufige Poolterasse und das sehr große Schwimmbecken sind schon Urlaub an sich. Die Ferienwohnungen besitzen private Terassen und sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Wir haben uns 8 Nächte super wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank Johanna!"

"Our family had a great stay at this spacious home. There are 2 living areas and a large pool area as well that our teenagers enjoyed spreading out in after a long trip. The location is great place to visit the nearby towns of Montemor -o-novo and Évora. The countryside is so beautiful here. We were so happy to stay in this beautifully renovated property. We will definitely book here again!"

"Super cadre tres calme et magnifique Ce qui n'est pas clair dans l'annoce c'est que en fait il s'agit d'un batiment (c'est genre un vieux corp de ferme) partage en 3 groupe. C'est a dire qu'il y a des gens qui partage la piscine le BBQ les transat etc... pour nous 3 nuits ca a ete mais ca l'aurait pas fait pour une semaine Dans notre maison (madrs) pour aller a la 3eme chambre il fallait passer par les 2 autre . pas trop d'intimite. a part ca le cadre est magnifique"

"We had a wonderful quiet time at the 'Herdade' (cattle farm) close to Montemor-o-Novo. It is somewhat remote, but guarantees a quiet, authentic, but comfortable stay at the Portugese countryside. Very hospitable hosts give many tips about the environment."

"Might be hard to find for some but worth the effort. Friendly hosts open their home and farm to you. Lots of space. The pool is bigger and better than many 5 star resorts.It's a rough road for the last few k's. It's a unique and special place to stay."

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. "When we arrived the place was clean and organized. It is located in a very quiet place. It is a good place to take a break from the city. It has good access to the beach and the villages in the neighbourhood I had all the essentials for a short break. Overall a very cosy place."
