Here you will have a front row seat to the Howler monkeys and exotic birds in the neighboring trees, can listen to the waves, watch the whales and enjoy the expansive views of our neighboring beaches… Playa Brasilito, Playa Conchal and Playa Potrero. This home has one of the premier views in Costa Rica!


This professionally decorated condo features a beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and all the small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy meals or snacks at home. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into the living room and the extra-large terrace giving you a spectacular view of the pacific ocean!


The spa-like King Master has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace and the view! The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and it's own private bathroom.


The Flamingo Towers offers two large infinity pools, outdoor showers, beautifully landscaped gardens, a covered parking garage, elevators and 24 hour on-site security. The development is a five minute drive to several beaches where you can enjoy numerous beach-side restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking and fishing. This condo is also a five minute drive to the grocery stores, medical, dental and pharmacy services.

Beautiful view, very nice condo!
The view from the balcony and the sunsets are amazing. Furniture and beds very comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Maria, the property manager, was helpful and responsive. Area beaches are beautiful and only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store nearby along with several excellent restaurants.

Loved everything about the place. Well equipped, great location. Loved the private balconey and comfy outdoor chairs. The view is simply sensational! Felt right at home. Perhaps the only improvements would be higher end bath products and a retractable outdoor sunshade to enjoy the balconey during the sunny afternoons (like the condo two doors down).

Amazing views and so comfortable
The view from the balcony is even better than the pictures. We both painted it in watercolors and also took lots of photos, especially at sunset. Beds were comfortable and the property is very quiet. Convenient to several beaches and cute little beach towns.

Wonderful view. Very clean unit, lots of beach towels, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, appreciated the washer/dryer during after excursions. Maria set up massages in the room which were fantastic. We had rented 4x4 and thankful we did.

Wow - incredible place!
We really enjoyed staying here. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean and fully stocked for everything you would need, including hair dryer, beach chairs, coolers, Tupperware, ice packs and so many other things you would need for a beach vacation. The condo is centrally located for easy access to many places, yet also a bit off the beaten path so you can have some solitude in the Guanacaste hills. We will come back again and recommend to all our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo at Flamingo Towers was a great place to stay. It was clean and spacious with a big balcony that had fabulous views! I loved the little library of books. We enjoyed two pools on the property that were not crowded. Communication with the host was excellent: Clear and prompt. Flamingo beach was just a very short ride away and there were plenty of nice restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo
We had a lovely stay in Maria’s condo. The view is perfection and the location is so convenient to area beaches. The unit is very spacious, clean, and bright. No need for AC with a lovely breeze through the screen sliders. Maria was so helpful and communicative. If you’re coming to Flamingo, you can’t go wrong with this condo.

The views are beyond fantastic, magical and breathtaking from any place in the condo. The terrace has a lot of room with comfortable seating to enjoy the breathtaking views all day long. The infinity pool overlooking the sea has breathtaking views as well. The condo is safe, clean and in a great location. I would suggest a 4x4 to make it up the rough big hill to get the condo. The condo was also stocked with anything you cold possibly think of needing which was wonderful! They thought of everything. It's well worth the money...you won't be disappointed.

Perfection.
This condo was one of the most impressive vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. From the 5-star cleanliness to the unbelievable view, everything was perfect. The condo is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and all was in immaculate condition. We enjoyed the two pools, especially the infinity pool, to watch the sunsets. Fantastic Condo!
Can't say enough about this property! This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Immaculate and spacious condo, well-supplied with everything you need. The views are incredible, we sat for hours on the deck enjoying the views of the ocean and the starry sky at night. Two wonderful pools, each with ocean views. The host Maria is fabulous! She will assist you with tours or drivers and anything else you need. Flamingo Beach is 5 minute drive away, absolutely beautiful, clean beach. We will be back!

Spectacular View
My husband and I just loved this condo . It was comfortable, well equipped and the view from the terrace was spectacular.There is a grocery store and good restaurants nearby . The walk to the beach is a hike . Approximately 2 km to the beach and the hike back is a definite work out . Of course driving is an option. I would recommend 4 wheel drive . The road up to the towers could use some love . We definitely rent again !

Perfect way to end a vacation!
We started our vacation in Playa del Carmen and bookended a trip to Costa Rica to explore the island. We worked our way from San Jose to Monteverde, and finally ended up in this incredible condo in Playa Flamingo. Maria Borges was accommodating, accessible, and extremely courteous. After asking about snorkeling, Maria recommended and booked the Lazy Lizard sunset catamaran tour. This was a highlight of our trip with snorkeling, food & drinks, and beautiful views sailing off the coast. The condo was everything we expected. Little bit of Heaven
This review will be easy!!! This rental was one of the best in my past experiences. Besides all of the normals, like the beautifully decorated condo, everything you would desire in a kitchen, and the spotless overall cleanliness of the condo, there was the patio....the patio was my absolute favorite. If I had high blood pressure, this would be my cure. Morning coffee watching out over the water listening to the waves was relaxing. Watching the sunset from the extremely comfortable patio furniture will be the #1 thing that I will miss! Two pools to pick from after your return from one of the many beautiful surrounding beaches, or a trip to one of the volcanoes, or a sunset cruise...so much to experience here! I can't wait to return!!!

PERFECT Home Base for Visiting NW Costa Rica
This condo perfectly met our needs for our 2 week visit to the northwest region of Costa Rica. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, beautiful master bedroom suite and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean with daily stunning sunsets. The nearby Super Massai grocery store met our basic needs & the Auto Mercado in Tamarindo (approximately 30 minute drive), had many specialty items that US guest (like us) might crave. There are several very good restaurants nearby. Also, we greatly appreciated having a reserved parking spot in the garage, avoiding getting into a sun baked car when the daily weather highs were in the mid 90's F. Note that the last 0.6 mile path to this condo is a dirt road. During the dry season, it can be quite dusty when a car drives by, so bear that in mind if you go walking in the area. We rented a 4x4 because one of the guest reviews claimed it was needed. We never used the 4x4 mode of our rental SUV so getting to this condo with a regular car should be just fine during the dry season. Last, but not least, what made our stay extra special was working with property manager, Maria. We didn't contact her too much, but when we did, she was very responsive, welcoming and knowledgeable. They property was amazingly clean and perfect. The view is more amazing than the pictures.
This place was absolutely incredible. The pictures did not do it justice. The condo was incredibly clean. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. Every detail was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds had high end mattresses, bedding and pillows. The owner even provides beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and snorkle gear. It was absolutely obvious that the owner really cares about her renters experience. Maria was the property manager of this condo. It was obvious that our experience was vey important to her as well. She made herself completely available during our stay for questions about the area and acted more as a friend than a property manager. The people off Costa Rica are very welcoming and friendly too. We felt totally safe the whole time we were her. The beachs close to the property are beautiful. We were glad that we rented a car as it gave easy access to the surrounding communities. We will definitely stay her again.
