Brand new 2 bedroom Casita, a short 5-8 min. walk to Playa Grand beach. Very private - features 2 queen beds and bath. Access to pool and laundry facilities on-site. Private gate access to the yard, and 2 safes for valuables. Each room has a microwave, cook-top, coffee French press, cooking pans, plates and silverware. Walkable location close to surf shops, restaurants, convenience stores and more! This is a squeaky -clean, brand new facility that is ready for occupancy NOW!

Cozy an chill vacation~
We feel very fortunate to have stayed at this place for our Christmas vacation! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance to Playa Grande. It is also very close to restaurants, groceries, and stores, with enough supplies for you to cook your own meals. The self-check-in process went smoothly. Dan is a very knowledgeable host and gave us good advice on local things to do. If you want to have a relaxed vacation, this is the place I would recommend because it can make you feel at home~
