Villa 18- The residence is two story with two bedrooms and three baths. The residence is finished with the finest materials providing luxury in every room. The villa contains floor to ceiling double panel bi-fold doors which maximize your view of the amazing sunsets. Enjoy the beachfront views and beautiful sunsets throughout the residence and when you step out you are less than fifty steps to the white sandy beach!

The Palms has twenty four hour guard gated privacy and two pools with a creek connecting them with attractive tropical landscaping throughout the complex. There is a full equipment Gym with a beautiful ocean view. The resort offers water sports equipment (kayaks, surf boards, boogie boards).

Daily cleaning is included in the rental of the property. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available on site.

There is a common barbecue area that boasts brand new state of the art Viking grills situated under an attractive Palapa roof.

The business center, located at The Palms entrance, has brand new desktop computers with high speed Internet. In addition there is a fax/scanner/printer/copier in the business center. Also a free international vonage line.

First Costa Rica Vacation
Great Property, with an excellent staff. Grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Beach and sunsets were some of the best we have experienced. The owner of the Villa we rented was exceptional to work with, for airport transportation, local restaurants and excursions. Highly recommend this resort.

This was a wonderful, well stocked condo. The resort grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Keith is a wonderful host who was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The concierge staff are spectacular! We will definitely return.

Paradise in CR
If you are looking for a location, you can call Paradise, this is it. From the amenities to the service to the location, this property is hard to beat. The only risk of giving this review is it it will be harder to rent, but I think everyone should have a chance to experience time at this property The host goes above beyond and the staff does as well.

This property is beautiful! It is better than photos. We stayed a week and were sorry to leave! The people at the property make it even better! Anthony at the pool bar is fantastic. The beach and town are impeccable. We will be back!

Fantastic vacation villa
My family stayed at the Palms Villa over Xmas. The property is superbly appointed, just steps from the pools and pristine beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with lots of tips and contacts, and the concierge helped us book several excursions which were fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely 5 stars, and I'm a picky customer. Top notch.

Beautiful villa and resort
Villa is lovely and the beach, pools, and bar are a wonderful setup. Our family has been to a lot of beaches and the easy access to the beautiful beach is really nice We fell in love with Costa Rica and this location. Keith, the owner was exceptionally helpful with food recommendations and other questions. We were 5 stars happy with our stay.

Amazing stay
The owner reached out ahead of my stay to make sure all was good to go. The check in process was easy and the villa was very clean and extremely well supplied. Pools are clean and service is good. Beach is one of the prettiest in Costa Rica. Nice outdoor grilling area. The only negative i can say is that they aren’t very hospitable toward children, so if you have small children you might want to look elsewhere!

This was our second stay at The Palms and it was amazing. The combination of the pools with the best beach in Flamingo was perfect for our family. The owner was super attentive, messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed and provided us with the location of several local restaurants. The concierge service is quick and responsive to any requests or questions. Additionally, daily housekeeping in a condo is a huge plus. We're already planning our next trip back!

Sunshine and Blue Skis!
This was our first trip to the Palms & Costa Rica so we didn't know what was in store. Nevertheless, IT WAS FABULOUS! This property is lovely from you entering the gate all the way to the ocean. The staff was on top of anything we needed at any time. The villa itself was very accommodating, clean, up-to-date furnishings, comfortable sectional in the living area, & the master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable. Keith, the owner, was in contact with us to give us pointers about the area and to make sure we had what we needed at the Palms and the villa itself. He was attentive to our every need and want! YES, I would re-book this property again and again 1000%. Pura Vida!!!

10+++ property, location and host!
This was our third visit to The Palms on Flamingo Beach. Although all the units we stayed in were lovely, this unit (16) exceeded our expectations at every level and will be our number 1 choice for future visits. The furnishings were all very high quality and the villa had everything we could ever need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The concierge team was outstanding and scheduling activities and dinner reservations through them was very easy. What really set our experience apart from prior trips was the host, Keith. He contacted us several times prior to our trip and stayed in touch throughout our visit. You can tell he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. I can't thank Keith enough for making this a truly memorable vacation!

Great accommodations
The accommodations were as expected. Very good for two couples. The owner , Keith, was in constant touch. He also made a car available for us to use at a reasonable cost. We found several good restaurants nearby at the marina - Hazel’s , Matias and Surf Box. Next to the resort is PoloLoco which is a casual beach front eatery. We did a couple of excursions. The sunset cruise was nice - an afternoon out to the rocks in the distance. We also did the tour to Nicaragua. Brutal- 16 hours - most in a crammed van. Not recommended unless you want to punish yourselves. All good - Pura Vida !

Everything as promised!
Keith was so easy to work with. He responded promptly to any inquiries, and we felt that he really wanted us to have a great stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean, and the view is incredible. Our family thought the loft bed looked uncomfortable and a bit treacherous with the ceiling beams and the height. We didn't use it but we thought other visitors might want to take this into consideration depending on their level of comfort. We have zero complaints about our stay! We would not hesitate to stay at the villa again.

Unit is not as advertised.
The resort property and location is beautiful. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The unit itself does not look at all like the pictures. Is outdated and second bedroom is tiny, dim, and overlooks busy part of property parking lot. Refrigerator has every shelf cubby broken and wine cooler is broken. The second bedroom could be used for a child but not another set of adults and extremely dark. Bathroom is tiny and can barely move around in bathroom. The resort is in a great spot, beautiful grounds, beach, and pool. We would return to the resort but would find an updated condo aside from this one.

Perfection!
We had the most incredible time in Playa Flamingo at Keith's house. We are so grateful! The house had EVERYTHING we could have asked for, and more! Lush towels, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, blackout shades! We used the concierge for grocery delivery, ordered groceries ahead of time so that they were at the house when we arrived. Highly recommend! It was about an hour drive from the airport, we DID get a rental car, and we were glad we had one (we like to explore). Roads were bumpy in places, but not too bad.The beach at Playa Flamingo is beautiful -- long stretch of soft white sand, warm water, sunsets were pristine! We loved the staff on the grounds too -- they were so hospitable and welcoming -- fresh towels to lay out on the beach. There are also paddleboards and boogie boards you can use for free, and very comfortable beach lounging chairs. This is a private residence, but it feels like a hotel! It was SO nice having a cleaning service every day! There are several restaurants within walking distance, or you could take a car/golf cart. As far as activities, we did an ATV tour, a catamaran/snorkling tour, and a hike to the La Leona waterfall. All three were INCREDIBLE, memorable, beautiful, adventurous, fun. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we LOVED it and will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us Keith! It was a dream!

Slice of Paradise
The Palms is an oasis! We travelled around the area and loved the activities, but the sunsets and beach (steps from the villa) here are unsurpassed. Pool and grounds are immaculate, Keith the property manager is a total peach, very attentive and kind. Room service/poolside service from Coco Loco is an easy and yummy choice. The great concierges helped to arrange grocery delivery, drivers and and activities for us: We did a private boat tour and snorkel adventure from the local marina (saw manta-Ray, turtle, tropical fish, pod of dolphins, caught fish!), loved that, and did a sunset horseback tour of the beach and local hilltops (incredible!). Fabulous sunset lounge/appetizers at Sentido Norte (local restaurant at a resort), yummy dinner at Hemmingways, days of lounging at the beach and pool. Place is very comfortable, exactly as pictured, very nice design and comfortable beds. All the amenities of an exclusive resort, without the hassle of all the guests. Plus: Monkeys outside your door. :) who could as for more? We will definitely be back, our all time top favorite family vacation.

You’ll want to come back!
From the moment we booked the villa, Keith the owner came back to us and asked “ only 3 nights” “ you will regret not staying longer”. I explained how our family was visiting different parts of the country. Well Keith was absolutely right! My 22 and 19 year olds who did not want a VRBO were first to say “ why didn’t we stay here longer”. This location, the villa , the staff, and Keith were all amazing! Nice surprises: Poolside bar 12-6pm. Charges directly go to your room. Nice and convenient.! Coco Loco restaurant close by. Walk to it for nice evening out. Stay in and order and enjoy quiet dinner at your villa. Food was great! Enjoy all the boogie boards, pool noodles, etc honor system,! Want a massage? Don’t need to go far. Nice cabana set up on the property. Bikes on the premises! Best yet. Location , location! Beach, pool, peace! We will be coming back!
