"Casa de las Brisas Marina" is a 5 star rated private vacation condo. Available Short or long term, located in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas marina. FREE WIFI. It is newly re-decorated with comfortable new furniture, has stunning views of the marina and is within walking distance of the beach, dozens of restaurants and night clubs, gift shops and much more!

Sleeps 2 people comfortably in a king sized bed. Floor to ceiling glass slides open to give way to your private oasis on the marina!

This suite is located on the second floor of suites and is accessible through the security gate via the stairs on the street side of the building. This suite has a brand new King size bed, flat screen TV, FREE WIFI in the unit and on the balcony, guest controlled air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, barbeque grill on the balcony, semi private pool and much more!

You can walk to swimmable Medano Beach with our furnished beach chairs and beach towels. Also within steps is downtown. Close by is the famous Cabo Wabo Cantina, Squid Roe, shopping, excursions and DEEP SEA SPORTFISHING!

All excursions are either within walking distance, or they will pick you up in the lobby of the condo building.

There is free parking either in the provided parking lot or on the street near the unit entrance.

Marina View
This place is exactly as advertised. The location is right above the marina. We spent a lot of our time sitting on the patio and watching the boats come in and out. We cooked most of our breakfasts here and ate on the patio. The gas stove top is awesome, the cookware is in great shape and the refrigerator was large enough for everyting we needed. All of the employees at the condo building were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Great Unit - Great Location
Everything as advertised. Owner Scott communicated well with us. The only thing I can comment about is: NO ELEVATOR. Had to walk up 4 flights of steps - 43 in total and for a guy with bad knees, didn't like that too much. Other than that, I highly recommend the unit.

Great location!
This property is in a great location facing the marina. It is easy to walk to the beach or go into town. It was clean, comfortable and the entire process was easy. Please note: you will need to climb 4 flights of stairs to access the unit, but it's a great way to work off the tasty eats nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very nice unit!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this studio condo right in the heart of the marina. The unit overlooks the marina and we loved having coffee on the balcony and watching all the activity below. The rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing and the other guests and owners were very nice. The condo was well maintained and had all the necessities. The front desk was staffed 24/7 and they were very helpful. I would recommend this place and plan to return next year.

Perfect Studio on the Marina!
This studio condo is in the prefect location. We enjoyed watching all the Marina action. Steps to the pool. Walking distance to everything downtown! Easy checkin and secure building. We would defiantly stay again.

Cabo marina was lovely but it was very noisy late into the night. We did not like being pestered every 20 feet when we went for a walk. On the plus side there were lots of restaurants, art exhibits and a lovely beach.

Perfect Location
This is a perfect location- right on the marina. Super short walk to beach- love that the place had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. We learned that food and drinks are less expensive if you go a block or two off the marina. Plus you can get to the grocery store through the mall. Place was clean, nice linens and towels and had nice view of marina. Buy the jug of water front desk instead of lugging a case of water back to the condo. The condo comes equipped with everything you need to cook meals there. It is super close to the pool area, which was a great place to hang out and enjoy the view of marina. I would definitely stay here again.

Considering the location this property is an EXCELLENT value. There is no house keeping what-so-ever but I found that a benefit because I value my privacy. Restaurants, bars surround the marina basin and this property provides minutes away access to many of those. There is a new grocery store adjacent to the marina mall that is about a 20 minute walk away. I plan to return and highly recommend others enjoy it as well.

Perfect location! Convenient to everything in the Downtown/Marina area. Plenty of grocery and food options, nightlife, shopping, beaches, and tours to keep you busy. OR, you could do as I caught myself enjoying the patio. The music, the boats, the sea lions, and the people watching. I will be back anytime I chose to be in the marina/downtown area.

Very nice updated condo with a great view of the Marina. I could live there!
It was a perfect studio with comfortable bed, great kitchen with large refrigerator and great cooktop. Furnished with dishes and cooking utensils. Nice little balcony with bbq looking at the Marina and town. Would stay there again for sure and it was quiet.
