Perfect location and property. There was confusion on how to get into the main gate, there was no gym, and the trash can was tiny, but everything else was perfect.

Quiet Getaway

Best Vacation Ever
We highly recommend this property if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city and noise. We really enjoyed this experience. The property is just outside of the city far enough that you can relax and enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your personal balcony or you can make the 15 minute walk downtown to join in on the fun. This was the best vacation we’ve had in years!

My wife and I decided to take a quick 5-day vacation to Cabo. Jennifer was fantastic with communication. Especially since we literally booked the day before we left. She was super helpful with transportation, giving us ideas of things to do and helping us set up a few tours. We really appreciate her.

Fabulous condo with amazing views and a short walk to marina
Myself and my two kids aged 20 and 17 stayed at this condo for a week over New Years and it was a dream. Thanks to property manager Jennifer who made the check in process super easy and was always quick to answer any questions with before and after our stay. The views from the patio are phenomenal! We enjoyed the pools, which also had great views. Unit is a short walk to the marina or a $6 Uber. The decor is lovely, and unit was super clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Awesome Place!
We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The owners are very responsive and Jennifer, who is the contact in Cabo for this unit, is very responsive and helpful. The location is great if you looking to get away from the tourist area but close enough to walk to the downtown area. You have an amazing view overlooking Cabo and the ocean. It's located in a secured development, so it's very safe.

This property is very clean and in a quiet location just a short walk to the marina, El Medano beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We love to walk, however, if you prefer not to walk, Uber is an inexpensive option or you could rent a car and park it in the garage at the condo. We really enjoyed the nice, warm and peaceful pools. The balcony is spacious and the views from it are incredible! Jennifer checked us in and she was so nice and extremely helpful. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We needed to extend our stay and are beyond grateful the host and Jennifer were able to accommodate us. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view of Cabo on Pedregal
This place was incredible! Fully updated kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, brand new 4-burner grill on the deck, spacious high ceilings (great for tall people :) and updated bathroom. The view at night is even better and a perfect distance from downtown. My significant other and I enjoyed the walk, makes us feel less guilty for all the tacos ;) .. We will be back!

Fantastic condo, safe/beautiful location
Really nice (and large) two-bedroom condo. Located up the hill from the marina in a gated community. Walk down to the marina area and restaurants takes about 10-20 minutes...the walk back up is not as easy. To be honest, we tried to limit trips to town to twice a day as the uphill walk was not easy for a couple in their late 50s (and of average fitness). The unit is large and very well appointed...all the kitchen stuff you will need. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Great Spot in Cabo
Jennifer took great care of us during our stay and we loved the condo! Gorgeous view, quiet and comfortable, and the lower pool was nice and warm. There was some construction up the road but as we soon learned all of Los Cabos is under development. Didn’t distract from our enjoyment of the condo and grounds. The hill up to Pedregal is steep so we found it easiest to Uber up and down. Definitely stop at nearby Terrace Coffee for the best chilaquiles or Lavet 93 for frappes and crepes.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Welcoming stay in Cabos
My daughter, friend, and I had an amazing stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as described, possibly even better because you can't capture the beauty of the peace of the location in a picture. The condo was perfectly clean and stocked with all the vital items we needed (beach towels and coffee) to get our stay started before we went to a store. It only took 5-20 minutes to walk to stores and the beach from the condo. Additionally Uber rides were very inexpensive if you needed a ride down to the beach or a store. Jennifer was the most welcoming hostess I've ever had in my 30+ years of travel experiences around the globe. She was available by text our entire stay and was always helpful with information or assisting us in setting up excursions at a reduced price. I highly recommend Portofino 25 for an amazing, beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and welcoming stay in Cabos.

Very Nice, Clean, and eloquently Decorated Condo
Staying at this condo proved to be an accent Condo experience for my fiancee and I. The condo was beg enough for 4 of us to stay there and the kitchen was perfect for late night snacks and mid day BBQs. Downtown is a short 10-15 minute walk downhill so wear comfy shoes. My only Gripe was the walk back uphill. On some days we resorted to using a Taxi to get back. Overall I lives my stay and will probably stay again.

Great location in The Pedregal
This was our third visit to Veena's apartment, and it didn't disappoint. From the attention to detail shown by property manager Jennifer in arranging our transportation and meeting us on arrival to make sure everything was good, to the fabulous views and the peace and quiet of a top floor apartment. The apartment is far enough away from the town to avoid the nightly boom box music, but close enough to walk into the center in 10 minutes. It's well equipped with everything you need for an extended stay, and the beds have quality comfortable mattresses. There are two quiet, private pool areas for sunbathing and the pool temperatures were perfect. We'll certainly use Veena's place again in the future.

Gorgeous place at such a convinient location!
This place surpassed all expectations! Not only was the apartment itself gorgeous and cozy, but the view of the town was incredible. It’s about a 10 minute walk into down town and the marina and on the way down you pass so many amazing taco places and stores. I have to give Jennifer, the amazing property manager, a shout out. Jennifer was a mom away from home who made sure we were always ok, who was just a phone call away and even took me to the doctor when i felt sick. Incredible woman who made this stay 100xs better!! This place + the view + everything included + the location + Jennifer + this price = so worth it and would definitely come stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabo! We thought it was prime location & felt so safe to walk in and out of town every day multiple times. We were a little intimidated by reviews saying the hill that led from downtown to the condo was intense, however, it wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be! We made the short trek 3-4 times a day! And if you really don’t want to, the Uber rides are extremely cheap because the condo is so close to downtown/beach, etc. The views from the balcony are stunning. When our shower didn’t have hot water, Jennifer the property manager sent someone immediately to fix it for the next day. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Jennifer is a great property manager
We can’t say enough about how helpful and responsive Jennifer was. From recommending restaurants and shopping to getting internet fixed ASAP she was the best. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, however some amenities like bath soap and facial tissue were lacking. Also having to navigate between two slow elevators was irritating. Probably the biggest negative was the location next to noisy excavation and construction with large trucks rumbling by all day.

A month at Portofino 25
My husband and I spent a month in Pedregal in this unit and it was awesome! The condo was very clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We loved the view from our third floor unit overlooking the city, the mountains, and the ocean. We did not have a car while there but it was not a problem. We did a lot of walking to the marina and over the hill to the lovely villas overlooking the Pacific and the private beach below....even saw some whales there! We also did some sunset cruises and an excursion to Todos Santos that was wonderful. Down time was spent around the pool with the many friends we met while there. Jennifer, the property manager was helpful and very accommodating. We are already checking in to going back next year.....loved it!

Clean, spacious, lots of amenities and beautiful views
This condo was great all around - from the meeting with property manager Jennifer, down to the last day exit, everything went smoothly. It's a very spacious condo with lots of light and air. The full kitchen was nice and had all the things you could possibly need to make your stay more home-like.(like coffee maker, bottle openers, pots and pans, etc.). The master bedroom looks directly out at the mountains which is a fantastic wake up call in the mornings. Jennifer is very helpful, accommodating and always available to answer questions. The grounds are extremely well kept and safe - there are two pools available but both are unheated so be prepared for that (we're Northerners so 70-ish water doesn't really bother us). Note that this condo sits partway up the hill - we heard a few of the older folks in other units complaining about hiking up the hill each day but we didn't have any trouble (even on those nights when we were all a little too tipsy). Walking up the remainder of Pedregal and exploring the area & views in a safe environment was also a pleasant way to spend the mornings.

Exactly as advertised...great place to stay!
When selecting our vrbo options; we paid attention to previous ratings and reviews, and this one comes as advertised! If you're looking to be close to the action yet equally removed from the crowds, this is a great option. This home away from home is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you'll need. The deck offers a remarkable view of Cabo that can have your eyes busy for hours! It was the selling point for us as we loved sitting outside for our morning coffee and our end-of-day reflections with wine in hand. That said, there is a drawback to be aware of...sitting outside comes with all the sights and sounds of overlooking a city: traffic, construction, dogs barking. But this is not anything this property, or any place in this area, has any control of...it's simply the reality of choosing a vrbo in a private, gated community rather than in a remote area away from town. Jennifer is the property manager and she's beyond remarkable....incredibly attentive and reassuring throughout the process from booking to departure. She organized a direct transfer from the airport which included a stop at the supermarket and a warm welcome and tour once we reached the property. Like many of the homes in this area; walking to town means a casual downhill stroll followed by an uphill return home. We enjoyed the walks yet if uphill is not your preference, there is an abundance of taxis to get you home safely. Highly recommend this place!!
