This hotel was awesome 5 mins to the beach 5 mins to downtown shopping and restaurants and nightlife . Great courtyard music and food . Great breakfast included that made the experience that much better ! Freddy the waiter at Kaimu restaurant for breakfast was awesome so helpful and gave great service . The front desk staff were amazing as well ! I would stay here again for sure ! AM from Vancouver

Great location, pool, fitness center, breakfast and staff. Only negatives were the hard matresses and bathroom could have been a tad cleaner: I am just picky about that. Overall a great option for those of us watching our budgets.

The hotel is close to a lot of amenities. The restaurant has very good food. It is close to the beach. We were only here one night. The only downside is our room was small. Maybe what I got for my pick. The bed was disappointing as I requested a queen bed but it definitely was not a queen bed. It was more like a double. Otherwise no everything was great

Everything was perfect, the room was a little humid even with air conditioning on but I'll definitely be returning!!!! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and other places. One of the best values for the location. They even have a free umbrella rental for beach. Also pickle ball, pool, spa, various activities. Check it out!!!!

Location was great, easy to walk to Medano Beach and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! A bit of a wait, so you can’t be in a hurry. Large rooms, modern decor and room was very clean. Loved the large balcony overlooking the pool! Only issue was the noise from a nearby nightclub. It did not stop until 5:00 in the morning. I will bring earplugs next time, I tried my AirPods but heard all my notifications through out the night. Staff was super friendly and look forward to my next visit!

The front staff are very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay here and if I visit again will stay at the same hotel. Room is very clean and has everything you need. Theres many shops nearby, bank behind the property and rental car. It has a really great location.

For the first time, I slept like a baby. Alex, Eugenia and many others made my time there a wonderful experience. The shrimp tacos and pizza were to die for, the meals were outstanding. The bed was so comfortable. What I also loved was the fact that it was so very close to everything..Walmart, the beach, malls and I must say that in all my years of travelling - this was my best vacation EVER!.
