Highly Upgraded and Exceptionally Maintained Villa

Our reviews speak for themselves and are a true and accurate reflection of the condition of our Villa which is highly upgraded and exceptionally maintained. Our Villa is not just a vacation rental, It is also our second home which is maintained with great pride of ownership and attention to detail. Many of our prior guest that frequently visit Cabo have become regular repeat guest of our Villa.

Our Villa features 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, brand new Samsung curved TV, sitting area and desk area. The secondary bedroom has 2 queen size beds.

Recent upgrades include, stone tiled walls in the bedrooms, new granite kitchen counters with a new large stainless steel sink and faucet, new marble basin sinks and faucets in all bathrooms. Regular maintenance includes a monthly deep cleaning housekeeping service of the Villa, semi annual steam cleaning of all furniture and fabrics as well as annual floor polishing and overall general maintenance to ensure the property remains in superior condition.

As our guest, you will also enjoy being centrally located to all the resort amenities Villa la Estancia has to offer. Our Villa is on the third floor over looking the upper pool. From the over sized and covered balcony overlooking the upper pool you will also enjoy spectacular ocean views.

Housekeeping will be provided prior to check in and at check out as well as in between days, depending on the length of your stay. We also supply the Villa with basic amenities including but not limited to soap and shampoo, laundry detergent, dish liquid and paper towels.

Villa La Estancia is a 5 star resort located on the famous Medano beach. Villa La Estancia offers two pools, 5 hot tubs, poolside restaurant with food service from your chair at the pool or beach. Concierge service and activities desk in the lobby, a gym, tennis courts, mini market and deli, 24 hour security as well as spa services at the Desert spa located next door at Villa del Arco.

We have also made arrangements for our guest to receive discounted round trip transportation services and private boat charters for sight seeing, whale watching, snorkeling and sunset cruises.

Comfortable unit on beautiful beach
Everything was as advertised and communication with the property manager was fast and helpful. The unit and resort were very pretty and on one of the best beaches in Los Cabos. The only criticism I had with the unit was the pillows. They were very old , lumpy and uncomfortable. They did not rise to the level of the unit itself and this unfortunately, affected my sleep. This is an easy fix and I hope they do this soon for the next guests. Otherwise, we had a fun family adventure.

From the warm welcome at check in to all the friendly staff, and the amazing views from the spacious deck and the comfortable living area and bedrooms. It was better than pictured. From the swim up bar with great food, plus gym and spa right by the pool it was so relaxing! Location was close to town but far enough to feel secure and secluded. Highly recommend

Our stay at this particular property in Villa La Estancia was better than we expected. The condo was clean, updated, very nicely maintained and had all the amenities needed to make our stay wonderful. The communication from the owner was always prompt and informative. The grounds, pool, gym, spa, restaurants, tennis and pickleball area were all clean and appealing. We would highly highly recommend making this property your next vacation!

We had a Fabulous Stay @ Villa La Estancia. The Villa was Fantastic & location & Views were Great! All Amenities listed are Top Notch. There was a Hot Water Issue w/La Estancia that affected the Villa (which can happen anywhere you stay) & the Owner & La Estancia took care of it immediately which we truly appreciated. We are just home from our stay at Jeff's beautiful home in Villa La Estancia. We could not be happier with the accommodation, amenities, location, service, and Jeff's outstanding hospitality. We are a family of four - two adults and two teens. Jeff's villa provided ample space for all four of us. We all had comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The rooms were huge with so much storage. The icing on the cake was the full kitchen (including laundry!), living room, and enormous balcony! Like previous reviewers, we picked up groceries en route to the villa, and the staff at check-in brought all our groceries to our room and unpacked them. We appreciated this after a morning of travel. The resort itself was gorgeous. We spent most days at the pool in La Estancia. We explored the other pools but loved the pool at La Estancia and the easy proximity to our villa for snacks, lunch, etc. The staff across all properties were genuinely fantastic, and the level of service was outstanding. Towards the end of our trip, it became apparent that Hurricane Hilary would delay our flight home. Jeff was an exemplary host through the uncertainty of that storm and our travel plans. So kind and generous. Our flight was rescheduled, and Jeff allowed us to stay an additional night at no extra cost. I will add that the staff at Villa La Estancia did an incredible job preparing the hotel for the impact of the tropical storm. They were true professionals and so hard working. Thank you, Jeff!

Gorgeous Villa 1305
Villa 1305 is a gorgeous and well maintained condo at Villa Estancia. Right on Medrano Beach and overlooking El Arco. Easy boat ride for spending time on Lover’s Beach. We HIGHLY recommend Villa 1305 for its comfort and updates provided by the owners. We would most love to return to this Villa 1305 again some day.

Everything about this rental was excellent. The Villa was perfect, great for families with room for all to spread out. The resort was exceptional... great amenities with even better staff. Can't say enough about the poolside service, from the towel lady to our primary server, everyone went above and beyond. Location of unit within resort was also conveniently located, in the "middle" close to elevators/ stairs and being on the 3rd floor allowed for easy use of stairs too! We will definitely vacation at this resort again, and specifically this Villa given the chance!

This is a great property. Extremely clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The shop/market at the resort was great for grabbing quick item and snacks. Amazing Experience
While we enjoyed the pure beauty of Cabo, we absolutely loved all the thought and detail provided by the property owners to help make our trip memorable. Beautiful Villa! Clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for all six of us, 2 adults/4kids. Wonderful view of the pool, land’s end, and playa medano. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. Every employee of the property is kind and helpful and they take pride in the up keep of the facilities.. Jeff (owner of villa) went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed to enjoy Cabo and was a great source of information while we were there. If you catch fish la Casona restaurant on property will prepare it for you, wonderful food and waitstaff.. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Book it you won’t regret it.

The condo was very clean and comfortable and the resort staff and amenities were great as well. Communication was very prompt and Jeff and Serina were both very helpful! I would definitely recommend this VRBO to groups looking to stay slightly out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabo, but within a $10 cab ride (20 minute walk).

We have stayed at this resort a couple times before and I have to say this unit was the most tastefully decorated of them. It only has one owner (husband & wife) so you know who to contact. The owners are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area as well. Though they don’t live here, they immediately sent someone up to help us with the safe. They truly go above and beyond. Their unit is also close to the elevator so you don’t have a long walk (but I never heard noises). Beautiful unobstructed views of the infamous Rocks as well as the pool. Will hands down stay in this unit again as well as recommend to others!!

Usually the title deceives
I wrote that “usually the title deceives”. In this case, I was very pleasantly surprised that everything that was in the description was not only accurate, but exceeded my expectations. This rental was amazing for our family. We’ve travelled around the world. 5 star places and lesser. This was exactly what we wanted and we really enjoyed our stay. We never ate on property except for some drinks poolside and maybe nachos. The living space was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms were larger than expected and had great water pressure. The resort was close to everything. Cab rides were about 10 bucks. The only downside was the competition for pool chairs each morning. Had to get down to the pool about an hour before towels available. I’d highly recommend this particular condo. Great view. Great communication with owner. Great location. Fantastic vacation.

Great Location & Space
This property was great for our visit as a couple with a 13 year old son with quite a few activities planned. The location is perfect for easy access to the marina area, local restaurants, and other activities (5-10 minute Uber/taxi to most places). The beach is swimable and the resort amenities were very nice and not oversubscribed including the heated pools and hot tubs. The unit itself was spacious, clean, had a good view from a large balcony, and had updated styling. I'd certainly recommend it.
