The Space:
Casa Tequila is a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo managed by Ronival Property Management, situated in the stunning Mavila community, just 20 minutes by car from downtown Cabo San Lucas. This upscale property is tastefully decorated with an open concept, featuring a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa for extra space, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and cookware. Step out onto the private terrace, where you can relax, sunbathe, or enjoy your own BBQ.
Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, direct access to the outdoor terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a smart TV.
The guest bedroom offers two single beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
Mavila is a picturesque village-like community with pathways and gardens leading to spacious 2 or 3-story townhome buildings designed for comfort and enjoyment. Casa Tequila is conveniently located just steps away from the beautiful community swimming pool, jacuzzi, and shaded seating areas. You can also explore beyond the Village by taking a short drive to the Quivira Club House, The Market at Sunset Beach, or one of the on-site restaurants in Quivira, such as the steakhouse and LaChoya. As a guest, you'll have access to the Pueblo Bonito Hotels (Sunset & Pacifica) and their wonderful dining options, 5-star resort amenities, and spas. Please note that resort access is subject to availability and capacity.

Mavila is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Quivira sits on one of the best golf courses in Latin America "Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and Near-by resorts: Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach which is a family-friendly resort and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica which is an adults-only resort.
Getting Around:

Being Quivira a Resort area, Uber entrance is a bit restricted, consult Copala Concierge before booking Uber into the development.

Pets are not allowed in this community.
Mavila is a brand new community, construction is ongoing during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo.
This beautiful condo is located in the second floor and there is no elevator, so you will need to climb the stairs.
Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.
We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
Mavila Club BBQ grill is restricted for owner use only and using it as a guest has a penalty of $150 USD
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
