Casa Natalia: Newly Built Luxurious Pedregal Hom

Casa Natalia is a newly built home located on the marina side in a private gated exclusive community Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas . With 24 hour security just 35 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport in San Jose del Cabo and 10 minute walk from the excitement of downtown Cabo San Lucas and marina. Casa Natalia is close walk to downtown Cabo and all of its activities, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and tranquility during your stay.
The space
Fully stocked kitchen offers marble counters and stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, any tools and gadgets that could possibly be needed for cooking. Or... bring in a local chef to do the cooking for you! The dining table seats 10-12 people and also can enjoy the terrace to enjoy meals. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed, closet, full bathroom ensuite. Step out from this bedroom to enjoy the terrace area. Second and third bedroom each have queen beds and share a full bathroom. Enjoy the tranquility of the fountain and lazy river from all bedrooms. The living area has a large Smart television (with international channels). Pocket doors allow an open space between kitchen, living area and outdoor terrace. In the evenings, relax in the jacuzzi and by the fireplace. The upstairs terrace has an ocean view, BBQ, outdoor bar and outdoor couches.

Additional amenities include: gated community, 24-hour security, telephone, unlimited wifi, walking proximity to town, washer and dryer in the house.

Private chef available for all meals (includes all ingredients and cocktails)

Groceries can be stocked in the kitchen for your arrival for a service fee + grocery list from Costco or Walmart.

Gorgeous home in INCREDIBLE location!
Absolutely gorgeous new home in the Pedregal (the exclusive Cabo San Lucas community) two blocks from the marina. This home is beautifully decorated with modern coastal furnishings. My favorite thing about the house was that it was three stories! We loved to hang out at sunset on the top floor that had an incredible view of the marina while we grilled the fish we caught that day. The middle floor was also beautiful with a wide open floor plan and doors that disappear into the wall facing the patio that has a hot tub and fireplace. At the end of the night we watched movies as a family on the giant tv. An absolute must stay! Can’t wait to go back again. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed in.
