Costco, Walmart and the new FRESKO La Comer (a gourmet grocery store) are very close by if you need anything and/or wish to cook your own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen (coffee & kitchen supplies included) or grill on the patio.

Under new ownership, this eco-friendly, PRIVATELY OWNED (no sale’s pitch here), tranquil oasis is very comfortable for up to 7 guests. Travertine marble floors, Flat Screen Smart TVs, A/C, granite countertops, coffee bar, bathroom amenities, ceiling fans, washer/dryer and large pantry are just some of the many wonderful features this unit offers, but the OUTSTANDING VIEWS are what makes this villa one of the best in Cabo.

You can enjoy long walks on the beach, take a swim in the ocean, play a game of tennis or pickleball andor take part in one of many activities offered right on site. Or, if you prefer, just bask in the sun while enjoying your favorite cocktail in one of several pools or hot tubs with views of the Sea of Cortez, El Arco Rock Formation and frolicking whales from October through March.

The ideal stay - concierge and great service - in home meals as well as room service, gym, pool/bar/food cooked to order, ocean all out just outside our door - and serviced making a wonderful balance between VRBO and hotel. This was our first visit to Cabo and it was *amazing*. This property has amazing views and was hands down the nicest place we'd ever been in Mexico. Tom was super responsive to our questions. The resort staff is fantastic. If you wavering on booking this villa, just do it. It's close to everything you need. Beds were super comfortable. Huge balcony with plenty of seating for morning coffee or in the evenings...we were a fan! We would definitely rebook if we return to Cabo! This villa/resort is a gem!

My family had an awesome trip. The unit was as described and the owner was easy to communicate with. Amazing view. One of my highlights was lounging on the awesome balcony with a book. Read 3 pages and then look up to stare and the ocean. Repeat. Great pool. Exceedingly friendly staff. The pool restaurant on site is great, but we enjoyed walking down the beach to one of the several restaurants. We recommend The Hungry Shark. Seated on a plastic chair, toes in the sand. Bliss

Best location at Villa La Estancia!
We’ve stayed at VLE six prior times and 2503 was by far the best. That view!! Lovely interior, spacious, fully loaded, lots of extras. We’re already talking about booking in December.

Great VRBO!
This was one of our best VRBO stays. Very good value - the resort is beautiful with a great location- far enough from the main marina area to enjoy a quieter vacation but close enough to walk along the beach to restaurants etc... The VRBO has all of the amenities a family needs and also the resort provides great service at the pool, valets and cleaning staff. We will definitely be back!

Simply amazing!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was exactly as depicted in pictures and as described! View of the Sea of Cortez was amazing! Condo was large and very comfortable for our family of four! One of my favorite parts was the large patio which runs the width of the condo. Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were plush. Couch was comfy. Kitchen was well provisioned for us to cook a nice dinner in one evening. The resort itself is beautiful and not overcrowded- mostly families and older couples - not a party place which was exactly what we wanted. All of the employees were very eager to please. Nice to have a place to get iced lattes on site. Drinks by pool were some of best we had! Only downside was that it was difficult to find a chair by the pool after 8am - even though property has rules against reserving chairs they weren’t enforced - we saw people dropping books and magazines to reserve chairs as early as 6am - however I don’t think this is any different than other resort - just something to know and plan for. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Hosts were also very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good and there were no questions - great hosts!

We have stayed at this resort several times but never in this building. We were very happy with the view and how close the unit was to the hot tubs and the market. Highly recommend saving this unit as a favorite.

Excellent location and fantastic views from condo. Exactly like the pictures and more beautiful in person. We spent 4 nights enjoying the warm weather of Cabo. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit was nicely done and had very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. The villa is definitely 5 stars. We used the shopping service which we definitely highly recommend. After a long day of traveling was great to find refreshments waiting for us. Tips for future guests. Visit the sister villas for their dining and activities. Only complaints were no toaster and internet for Netflex needed property management to fix and took 2 days. Although the owners cannot change this but the cruise ships blocking the view for 4 of the 5 days was a real bummer. The villa is very comfy, clean and well maintained. Different experience for us staying at a villa in a resort. Abosultely Loved it !! Now we are spoiled. Able to buy drinks by the pool was a big hit. Highly recommend this villa.

Villa Estancia is a top quality and well located property directly on Medano Beach. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Estancia The pictures on the listing are true to the unit which was very nicely furnished, had high quality finishes and an unobstructed view out to the Cabo rocks. Highly recommend.
