You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Sea Breeze

This elegant house has floor to ceiling windows facing the water views. Large sectional sofa a massive coffee table table makes is a fovorite spot to watch the waves or the large T.V. in the evenings. Downstairs is also bedroom 2 with a queen bed and ocean views. Bedroom 3 has room for 4 twins and a futon sofa. Great area for the kids to chill. Kitchen, dining and laundry are also on the ground floor.
The upstairs is one massive master bedroom. King bed with large vanity, a huge walk in shower and a nook with a trundle bed. (keep the smallest ones safe with you). 3 balconies and even one that overlooks the living room below. It's beautiful, quiet and the water is just steps away. Fully furnished, you have all you need except your personal clothing, food and swim suits. We even has some boogies boards for you fun times.

Rental house was awful, but Punta Banda was great!

Very disappointed with the Dolphin Seabreeze rental. My family and I have stayed in the Punta Banda area for many years, and this was the first time we were disappointed by a rental home. Although in a good location and immediately on the beach, the home is not well maintained and is a dangerous health issue with mold throughout most of the house. Some of my family and dog got sick from so much mold, especially in the master bedroom walk in closet that made me sick when I opened the door. The manager was not very helpful nor welcoming even though she apparently lived a few houses over. Simple instructions such as how to access the WiFi would have been nice to have prior to arrival or at least posted somewhere inside the house like most places. The microwave did not work and when I told her about it, her response was "well I guess I have to buy another one" instead of offering to bring a replacement. The house needs a lot of painting to cover up the rusting walls and doors, and the gazebo with wicker furniture looks like it is about to fall apart. Definitely not worth the $500+ a night we paid after taxes, cleaning and VRBO fees.
