Safe and quiet house located directly on sandy beach. Enjoy tidal estuary views from the front of the house and expanded beach views in the back. Walk out the living doors and step onto white sand. Watch the sunset from the open layout kitchen, living room, master bedroom, or from the rooftop patio. Along this safe and quiet beach you will find mellow waves, clean sand to walk for miles, gorgeous sunsets, and dolphin watching. Mi Sueño Casita is surrounded by water in a Peninsula. Water tend to be warmer than in Southern California. On one side, you have the calm waters allowing to paddle boat, fishing, kayaking, boating and jet skiing. On the other side (back patio), you can use boogie boards, surf, wind surf, fish, kayak, snorkel, scuba dive or just swim in the water.
The house is under an HOA which provides security 24 hours a day. No parties or events allow. The house also has plenty of board games, a DVD player, Blue Ray Disk, pool table, plus there is volleyball ball, Frisbee, baseball bats, tennis ball, kayaks, a surfboard, boogie boards and plenty more. On the Terrassa, you can sunbath in your own private retreat. The glass windows allow for the wind to be cut down making your stay more enjoyable during those windy days. You have a telescope and binocular so you can watch the dolphins, birds and at times sometimes whales going by, or watch the pelican, sea gulls, little skittering birds. Since part of the beach is a Natural Habit, there are different kinds of birds during different times of the year. There is RV hook up as well outside the home.
King size master bedroom, seating area, and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The family room has door that can be closed for privacy and has a pull-out couch. There is a full size mattress and full size air mattress in the closet. The first bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub. Second bathroom has a large tile shower. The large kitchen has modern amenities and is fully equipped for cooking. The kitchen has a nice open layout with great views of the beach, bar seating, and adjacent dining room table. A small portable desk is avilable to those that need to get a little work done during their stay. From the living room, walk out the sliding glass doors onto a flat sandy area for enjoying the sand, fire pits, and grilling. Continue a few steps through the sand dunes and you are on the long sandy beach that continues as far as the eye can see in both directions.
All amenities on the property to include, dishwasher, full refrigerator, microwave, central heating, washer and dryer. TVs in master bedroom and family room. Full basement downstairs with pool table and work bench. Built in grill with area to place drinks and ice.
The house is approximately 30-45 minutes from downtown Ensenada towards the Bufadora.
You can sit outside and enjoy the sound of the waves, watch all the stars and have a nice bonfire going roasting marshmallows. The beach is five miles long great for walks, running or riding your bicycle.
You are only a short drive away from the famous La Bufadora. The largest sea geyser in North America.
If you are into wine tasting, there are plenty of wineries and vineyards going toward Santo Tomas.
House Rules/Tips
1. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.
2. Access to the home will be provided once reservation confirmation is made. Note: There is a Ring camera installed in the door. This is the only camera in the house.
3. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.
4. There is a onetime pet fee. If you haven’t paid the fee upon checking in please contact me so we can arrange payment. Failure to disclose pets could constitute cancellation of the reservation and loss of reservation monies.
5. If you are coming for a special event, i.e. anniversary, Valentine ’s Day, etc let us know. We might be able to do something special time permitting.
6. If you need assistance such as a shower chair, please let us know ahead of time so we can pull it from the storage. Sliding door might be a little hard to open that is because we have put barriers to keep the air from coming in during windy days.
7. There is no smoking inside the home.
8. Newly mattresses, re- upholster sofas, chairs, refrigerator, there are ice trays which you can use, washer, dryer, stove.
9. There is coffee, sugar, cream, salt & pepper, and oil for your pleasure. Trash bags are located under the sink.
10. Drinking water and dishes and cups are found next to the sink on the right in the closet. Trash can is located there as well. Outside you have two barrels next to the house. Please deposit all trash in it. Additional, water can be found in water jugs (garafones) in the first bedroom when you walk in on the left in the closet. Please do not throw away water jugs (garafones) caps.
11. We have a dish washer and dishwasher soap is under the sink. Please do not leave excessive dirty dishes. Fire Extinguisher is also located there.
12. The Wi-Fi name and password are on the modem/router. If you need to reset just unplug modem/router for a minute. It is on the window ledge.
13. Stove/oven and microwave.
14. Please do not use fireplaces. Note: There is a step down from the kitchen into the living room.
15. Please do not use the small trampoline downstairs upstairs. It will scratch the tile floor.
16. The patio umbrella is down stairs in the basement. Since sometimes we have strong winds, we ask that you to please use it when you need it and put it up when you are done at the end of the day. This way there will be no damage to it.
17. Brooms, dust pans, first aid kit are located on left closet as you walk in. We have placed a broom and a dust pan outside by the sliding door so you may use it so in order to keep the sand out. Extra towels, beach towels and kitchen towels are in the closet in the first bedroom as you walk in.
18. There is a full size mattress in the spare closet for your use along with a full size air mattress.
19. There are two local channels and we have a Roku also connected with Netflix and other channels you can stream. There is also a HDMI cable you can connect to your laptop, etc to stream.
20. Patio and each side of the house has motion solar lights. There are lower lights on the patio, switch is by the kitchen table (By the mirror).
21. Thermostat for central heat is located on the other side of the wall of the refrigerator. There are also carbon monoxides and smoke detectors throughout the house.
22. Access to Terrassa is door next to kitchen bar, the same front key opens the door. Please do not use any grills as the roof as it can catch on fire. Also, do not place grills on anywhere there is red tile as it will stain the tile.
23. Recommended items to bring: Toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo/conditioner (small soap & shampoo bottle will be provided), sunscreen, mosquito spray/citronella candles, fishing equipment, bicycles, paddle boards, surf boards.
24. There is a built-in grill with and area to place your cold drink with ice. Bring your charcoal, lighter fluid and ice. There is a small white truck that goes around selling bundles of firewood. Bonfires can be done on the designated area on the back patio. NOTE: There is a plastic container under the patio. This is my personal property. Do Not Open it. If opened then you will be fully responsible for damages and replacement of contents.
25. The house is part of a Homeowner´s Associations (HOA). Therefore, some of the rules the guest must adhere are:
a. No Fireworks
b. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. You may still have music but low
c. No four wheeler to be used on the beach
d. Pick up after your pet.

26. In order to get the shower to work in the master bedroom, you need to pull the lever up on the diverter when the water is coming out. Second shower you need to pull out the handle, right for cold water and left for hot water.
27. Water contains some small amount of chloride to keep algae from growing.
28. You may park on the street or inside. If you decide to park inside please ensure the vehicle can fit. Any damages made would be the responsibility of the guest(s). (Please check to see if it fit first). Do not leave car park on the ramp as it leave tires marks. The garage door switch is at the end of the downstairs right above the doorframe.
29. We spray the house on a regular basis for bugs. However, sometimes ants will find their way out. We have a container in the closet as you enter that has chemical you can use. We also have a common Raid spray if you rather use that.
30. We have two empty buckets under the patio. We recommend using one for trash, bottle caps, cigarettes, etc, etc. This will keep the sand clean and you can empty any trash in the trashcans by the street. The other bucket we actually use it as a table when we turn it upside down to put the beers, phones, etc.
31. If you can´t bring certain food back to the USA, please just leave them in the refrigerator and we will give it to our staff. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your vacation.
