"Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans le logement. A notre arrivée aucune réservation n'avait été faite. Le propriétaire nous a informé que c'est une annonce frauduleuse en place depuis avril 2023 mais toujoursenligne. Le service client de Hôtel.com n'a pas pu nous reloger. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller alors que tout était complet. Un dossier pour remboursement est en cours"
