The pool was very nice and staff was friendly ! The free breakfast was a good option . The room had no storage for clothes and they only changed the towels and bed linens every 2 days ! The window and doors were not properly sealed allowing mosquitoes to enter constantly! The satellite tv and WiFi was also spotty at times . It was family friendly but lacked many details to make this a superior quality stay ! I grade this a 6 out of 10 !

Ruim, chegamos e tivemos que pagar 1 diária a mais por algumas horas, pedimos entendimento de cobrar uma taxa diferenciada, mas sem sucesso ( fomos atendidos pela gerente), mesmo depois da recepcionista na manhã seguinte ter falado que iria tentar. Mesmo com a pousada praticamente vazia, tivemos que trocar de quarto pois o que nos colocaram não funcionava o ar condicionado, após isso tivemos que trocar o colchão e os travesseiros, que eram péssimos, pior que o que trocaram só era menos pior, mas longe de ter conforto. Aliás roupas de cama sucateadas, toalhas algumas ok, mas a maioria também já venceram o tempo de uso. Café da manhã péssimo, foram 10 diárias, com a diária a mais cobrada integralmente ( já mencionada) nada mudava, a mesma margarina, sim margarina pois não tinha manteiga, da pior qualidade, requeijão idem, iogurte intragável, em 10 dias os mesmos rolando, mesmo depois a pousada tendo mais hóspedes, solicitei variedades e não tinha, nem sequer um cereal, enfim café péssimo. Fizeram pintura na área do café, tivemos que ficar abarrotados em uma área, além de pintar as mesas também na área de café, muitas baratas, formigas e outros insetos, infelizmente dedetização provavelmente não estavam em dias, ou não tinha o efeito desejado. Pontos positivos, piscina, jardim e a recepcionista sempre prestativa, nos tentando auxiliar e pedindo desculpas pelos transtornos. Pra finalizar, infelizmente não entendo essa nota na plataforma do hotels.com, que não condiz aprimeira vez
