We loved our stay at Hotel Solar do Arco and Cabo Frio as a wider area. We really enjoyed the facilities - lounging by the pool and reading in the main terrace was a particular highlight for me. We had a great breakfast each morning, and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. We would love to come back here again and would recommend the hotel to our friends!

You simply cannot find a more attractive little boutique hotel (pousada) than Solar do Arco. Super stylish, quaint, Portuguese-inspired architecture. Wonderful staff, very good breakfast and parking just next door. Dining options abound. The room was well appointed and the A/C was quiet and appeared to be brand new. I'm going back!

Local extremamente agradável. O nosso quarto (no.3) era excelente! Instalações impecavelmente limpas. As toalhas de banho pareciam um pouco cansadas, textura muito fina... Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, em face ao preço da diária.

Hotel péssimo para ir com Pet
O hotel é bom para que não vai com pets. É um hotel bonito, bem limpo, confortável e com um café da manhã variado e com uma localização muito bonita. No entanto, o hotel diz ser petfriendly, o que não pareceu ser bem isso aos meus olhos. Ele é pet acceptable, friendly jamais. Primeiro que quando cheguei o recepcionista não sabia que íamos levar pet mesmo eu avisando. O quarto não estava preparado para pet com a caminha e comedouros, ficamos 1 diária sem esses itens. O pior é que eles cobram uma taxa de 25% sobre o valor da diária por pet. Mas eles não informam que isso é por pet! No meu caso daria por volta de 1000,00 reais e ainda cobraram uma taxa de serviço não relacionada a pet de 150,00 além do valor das diárias. A comunicação do hotel não é efetiva! Não explicam os detalhes no Hotéis.com e nem na chegada. Não vá com seu pet!
