Bedroom and living room with very cozy, bright and ventilated ceiling fan with cable TV (net), functional kitchen with all utensils, social bathroom, terraced building, constant breeze from the channel throughout the apartment. Wooded site, 200m walk to center, restaurants and boating; 400m walk from Praia do Forte; 500m walking from the mall. Very pleasant climate, ventilated by the breeze of the Cabo Frio Channel, clean and paradisiacal beaches and restaurants specializing in fish and seafood with inviting prices. Live the unique experience of staying close to the city center, the beach and the bustle of the night, with comfort and silence 200m away in our house in the Portinho neighborhood.

Muito bom para sossego em família, e pouco espaço para fazer algo em casa , para jovens também é complicado não tem como fazer barulho , para mim foi bom estava em família do faltou espaço para preparar churrasco.

Na verdade o bairro dizem que é bom, mas não tem um padaria perto, um restaurante perto e mesmo supermercados não era tão perto. Quanto ao estabelecimento, falta investimento. Só a geladeira era de boa qualidade. Televisão muito antiga, fogão muito sujo, utensílios de cozinha tudo muito antigo e mal conservado. As caixas de saída de energia, de umas 8 que tinham no total, só umas 3 estavam em condições de uso, sem dar problema. Passei tudo para a mulher que toma conta do apto. Obrigado. Agradeço por tudo, mas lá não voltaria por valor nenhum, pois independente do preço, não seria um lugar que repetiria, num País tão imenso.

Funcional e espaçoso

Chegamos e encontramos o apartamento absolutamente limpo e organizado. Ótimo estacionamento, região tranquila. O quarto tinha ventilador de teto e móvel. Banheiro sem Box, porém com cortina plástica. Cozinha completa com vários utensílios, inclusive cafeteira e liquidificador. Geladeira muito boa! Local tranquilo e sem barulho. Não tinha TV a Cabo, mas a tv da sala possuía canais abertos e funcionou bem. Enfim, foi uma boa experiência e recomendamos o local para quem busca praticidade e segurança.
