Foi a segunda vez que ficámos 1 semana nesta propriedade e a nossa estadia voltou a ser excelente. A simpatia e disponibilidade da Sra. Ana, a calma e paz usufruídas num espaço bem cuidado, restaurantes a poucos minutos de carro com comida local, genuína e deliciosa, o vinho verde (branco e tinto) produzido localmente de muito boa qualidade - este e outros são motivos que nos levam a ansiar regressar no próximo ano.

Fim de semana em família
A quinta é espetacular, com uma área fantástica. Estava tudo dentro dos conformes e a casa tem tudo que é necessário. Pena que só podíamos ir fim de semana, pois com o tempo maravilhoso que estava queríamos mais 😁 A D. Ana é super atenciosa e disponível. Experiência a repetir com certeza!

Perfeito para paz, sossego e relaxamento
Casa confortável, fresca mesmo com temperaturas exteriores de 35 graus. Cozinha bem equipada com tudo o que era necessário para nós. Áreas circundantes perfeitas para refeições ao ar livre, descansar, ler em sossego, ouvir apenas a natureza. A piscina é espetacular, grande, com exposição solar de manhã ao fim do dia o que faz com que a água esteja sempre morna. As fotos no site não mostram tudo nem fazem justiça à propriedade, que é muito melhor do que anunciada. Uma palavra de apreço para a Sra. Ana Teresa, que é uma simpatia, explicou a história da propriedade e deixou-nos extremamente à vontade.

vacances réussies
propriété magnifique - maison sur 3 niveaux, nous étions 4 et n'en avons utilisé qu'un. Rien ne manque. Côté jardin il est immense avec une très jolie piscine. La propriétaire Ana Teresa est à l'écoute et disponible; elle n'habite pas sur place. Les environs sont très campagne, il y a une grande surface à 15 km. La ville de Porto est à 1 heure de voiture, c'est une sortie à ne pas rater (nous y sommes allés 2 fois). Et la vallée de la Doura est également une sortie très agréable. Je recommande

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en una casa hermosa, muy bien cuidada, en un entorno inmejorable. Un lugar altamente recomendable. Para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Dias tranquilos no campo
Esta foia segunda vez que eu e o meu grupo de amigos passámos uns dias na casa. Tal como da primeira vez, esta vez foitambém perfeita! A casa é extremamente confortável, com um sistema de aquecimento a funcionar na perfeição. A localização já a conhecíamos, uma paisagem muito bonita e tranquila. Finalmente, a simpatia e disponibilidade dos donos da casa é também e como sempre, perfeita!

Accueil agréable, joli terrain, grande piscine et aménagements réalisés récemment. Nous avons apprécié la vue et le calme, bercé juste par l'eau de source et les grenouilles. Le lieu nécessite néanmoins un véhicule qui ne craint pas les chemins caillouteux.

Nous venons de passé une semaine tranquille ,au bord d'une piscine grandiose ,la maison et très bien équipée ,il y a tout à disposition ,seul les lits sont très fermes (je parle juste pour nous).Sinon l'accueil très bien avec des personnes très gentilles et serviables et à votre écoute si besoin ,encore un grand merci à Rosa et sa soeur tout était nickel ,et merci aussi pour le pain frais tous les matins . virginie ,jean-marie et leurs enfants.

Havre de paix.
Un véritable coup de coeur pour la villa Franca! Un acceuil chaleureux dans un domaine merveilleux! Entre la piscine naturelle la piscine turquoise toute neuve la source la rivière le jardin bucolique et le cadre environnant vous ne serez plus où donner de la tête. La maison est très bien équipée et très fraîche. La propriétaire est très généreuse et sympathique toujours inquiéte de notre confort. Mes enfants mon mari mon gros chien et moi même nous vous recommandons d'aller rêver à la villa Franca.

Property was 'down at heel'. Garden was nice but in parts unsafe for children.
Directions to the property were poor; when we eventually found it, no-one was there. Fortunately we found a neighbour who contacted the owner's representative, and we gained entry about an hour later. The house had not been prepared, not cleaned etc. The bed arrangements were unsatisfactory: the 'master' bedroom had two single beds pushed together - I have never slept in such an uncomfortable bed. Three of the single beds were on upstairs landings, and so children did not get to sleep easily. The kitchen was very poorly equipped - no bread knife, no cereal bowls, no wine glasses, to name but a few. The downstairs toilet did have a shower (as advertised), but it was full of 'stuff', which wasn't cleared out until several days after our arrival. The outdoor pool was super, but no cleaning equipment was provided, and it was very difficult to get anyone to do anything about it. A poolside room which was part-built lacked safety fencing, resulting in an unprotected sheer drop of about 4 metres. The grass needed cutting when we arrived and it was not done until halfway through our two-week stay. I was in frequent contact, by email, with the owner, who lives in Switzerland; none of his his local representatives spoke English, so we had to get by in French, as we don't speak Portuguese. There was a complete lack of information about the area, or shops, doctors, etc. Two of the owner's relatives, who did speak English, came by to try and help. They were quite shocked at the state of the property and lack of welcome. The final straw came on our morning of departure - cleaners arrived shortly after 8am, and by 9am three of their children were using the pool!! This is a beautiful area of Portugal and despite the disappointments of the property we really enjoyed our holiday. But in several respects it was unsuitable/unsafe for children, and we wouldn't consider staying there again.

Séjour très agréable
Le site extérieur est magnifique et très bien entretenu: 2 piscines l une de 13 m de long somptueuse et l autre naturelle . Un vrai havre de paix . L accueil des hôtes fut chaleureuse et sympathique. Un bémol : l intérieur du gîte austere et sombre qui manque d éclairage et de modernité.

Lovely property. Secluded, well equipped and very comfortable.
Owners communication was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome. The property is perfect if you want to be away from the crowds but still close enough to access many of the attractions of this beautiful area

Sehr schön gelegen
Die Lage ist herrlich, das Grundstück weitläufig und wunderschön. Das Haus ist normal ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Da es sich um ein bewirtschaftetes Gut handelt, kann es allerdings sein, dass plötzlich Arbeitskräfte durch den Garten laufen - es ist also nichts für Leute, die nackt in der Sonne liegen wollen.

Magnifique séjour!
Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cette grande et chaleureuse maison. Le décor est époustouflant; le gîte est entouré de vignes et le terrain offre de superbes points de vue sur les environs. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine privée ainsi que de la charmante cour arrière. La maison offre également une salle de jeu en annexe que les enfants ont beaucoup appréciée tout comme ils ont aimé rendre visite aux animaux de la ferme qui se trouve seulement à quelques minutes à pied. L'endroit est idéal pour tous ceux qui veulent se ressourcer et profiter des charmes de la campagne tout en ayant facilement accès à de grandes villes (Porto est à 100 km!). Bref, nous retournerions dans cette maison et la recommandons chaudement. En fait, notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu y demeurer plus longtemps!

Magnifique location!
Gros coup de coeur pour cette magnifique maison située dans un décor époustouflant. Vous aurez accès à des lieux magnifiques et paisibles tout en étant à distance raisonnable des grandes villes (Porto est à 100 km environ). Le meilleur des deux mondes! Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit. Notre seule regret est de n'avoir pas pu y rester plus longtemps!

Séjour agréable de 12 nuits
L'accès à la location de la route se fait par un long chemin de terre, non vous n'êtes pas perdus il faut juste rouler encore un peu ! Vous arriverez en vue d'une maison au calme avec joli environnement, très fleuri. L'aménagement de la Piscine était en cours à notre arrivée. Dès que les accès à celle-ci seront terminés, les extérieurs n'en seront que plus magnifiques. Maison avec 3 chambres pour 2 personnes, et une 4ème avec un bémol car mezzanine qui donne directement sur le salon. Deux salles de bain et toilettes. L'ensemble de la maison était propre et fonctionnel. Petit désagrément cependant : beaucoup de mouches car ferme avec animaux à proximité. N'hésitez pas à essayer le restaurant qui se trouve à 3 ou 4 kms sur la route avant d'arrivée à la maison (celui avec le parking juste devant). Il ne paye pas de mine, mais vous y mangerez très bien, à très peu cher et en quantité astronomique (inutile de prendre une entrée !!). Bon Séjour à votre tour !
