"Traveling with friends thru Portugal and stayed here 1 night. Perfect location for walking to Evora walled city; free parking; comfortable beds and rooms; delicious breakfast included; enjoyed indoor pool/sauna/steam room area in the early evening. Left a Samsung tablet by mistake and the hotel staff went above and beyond to secure it; they offered to help get it shipped to home but we decided to return and pick it up instead. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! "

"As we are driving, the Pousada was challenging to find. Once found, the front desk staff were amazing. Sorry to say, but the dinner meal was very overcooked & I couldn’t eat it."

"Just an amazing experience and stay in Évora. The staff was incredibly helpful all the way through our stay. Helped us with getting to the bus and simply so friendly and pleasant. "Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch."

"Overall, property is great. But we rented a car and it was impossible for us to go through the narrow road at Sharp 90° turn to get to the hotel to unload our luggage. So we had to find a public parking lot where we could park the car overnight, which was another fiasco was more parking lots catered to the residence around them and had very limited overnight parking. We had to do many loops around the inner cities going from parking lot to parking lot until we found one took us over an hour just...

"Very cosy and spacious country manor turned into a hotel. Wonderful common areas to sit around and watch TV or read a book. The cook provided breakfast and the manager on site was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property’s history."

Excellent Staff

"The place was really beautiful and quiet. The balcony was a plus as you could relax there. The staff were very attentive. Leonel was especially sweet and thoughtful when we requested to take our order from the bar to our room. He carried 2 trays of food to our room, even though room service wasn’t available."

"A super cool campsite, really good conditions, comfortable and great views! We stayed at Neptune bungalow and it was great, amazing sunrise view to the lake. Safe, quiet, friendly staff, surrounded by nature. A really family friendly environment, would definitely come back. Plenty of parking spaces. "

"Great hotel and great amenities. The staff was amazing and so was the food. Unfortunately it is located in an area with little surrounding such as a supermarket, restaurants … also no phone service but a great WiFi coverage. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday."
