NICE HOUSE IN THE COUNTRY WITH PRIVATE POOL (pets accessibility)

Between Saint Remy de Provence and Alpilles, Avignon, the Camargue and near the Mont Ventoux, this property is entirely enclosed and sported on 2000m2 of land.

It has a private swimming pool 10m x 4m to 1.40m depth and a paddling pool 2m x 4m pool for minors (about 40cm deep) completely safe for children.
You can shade yourself under one of two gazebos to attend to reading, to have lunch or cocktails (1 table with 6 chairs, a barbecue and sunbathing are available).

The house is fully equipped (microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, TV, DVD and internet wifi), this property has, on the floor, 3 bedrooms with 1 bathroom including a walk-in shower, two sinks and toilets.
A cot, high chair and small bath are available to your child.

On the ground floor, a large main living opens to a little over / garden that separates the house from the pool. On the side, various fruit trees and some vines will bring you the fruits of the season.
The living room consists of a kitchenette, dining and living room. There is also a utility room and separate toilet.

The owner, very discrete, lives nearby and looks after the maintenance of the pool. It is also there to learn best throughout your stay.

Lovely home
We (a family of five) stayed a full week here and truly enjoyed it. The place has a great atmosphere and together with the property offered more than enough room for us. The house is well maintained and everything looked just like on the photos including the cherries on the tree. The pool was clean but a little bit too cold for extended swims. Thanks again to you Laurence.

Séjour idéal en Provence
Très belle et grande maison avec toutes les facilités nécessaires. Emplacement idéal en campagne près d’un village qui permet un grand rayonnement partout en Provence. Endroit calme avec un beau jardin extérieur ainsi qu’une piscine.Nous avons adoré notre séjour et souhaitons un jour y revenir. Myriam est une hôte très sympathique.

Au top !
Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables dans cette maison située à proximité d’Avignon et de tous les sites touristiques de la région. La maison est un véritable havre de paix, parfaitement calme et très agréable à vivre. L'intérieur est spacieux et bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La grande piscine, impeccablement entretenue, est sans aucun doute un atout majeur : nous avons pu en profiter pleinement durant notre séjour. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer les trésors de la Provence tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre reposant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrions sans hésiter !

Belles et douces vacances d'hiver en Provence
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans la maison de Myriam aux vacances de février ! La localisation à Cabannes nous a permis de rayonner dans la Provence et les Alpilles avec facilité, les enfants ont adoré la région et notre petit cocker aussi ! Schönes Haus mit Schwimmbad
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung. Es ist gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Da das Wetter während unseren Ferien immer warm und sonnig war, konnten wir den schönen Pool mehrmals benutzen. Die Lage des Hauses ist zentral, so dass man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung erkunden kann. Die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr nett und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder mieten.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Super bien équipée et aménagée, très propre également . Idéal pour un séjour avec un bébé. Schade, dass wir nur für eine Woche buchen konnten, gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Das Haus hält, was es verspricht: Strategisch gute Lage, innerhalb kurzer Zeit ist man in den Alpillen, nicht viel länger braucht man zum Petit Luberon. Ruhig gelegen, großes Grundstück mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, dazu geschmacklich sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
