"We had another wonderful stay at Palazzo Veneziano, six years on from our initial stay for our anniversary. When we arrived they informed us they had a little surprise for us waiting which turned out to be an upgrade to the top floor with a bottle of Prosecco on ice on the table when we walked in, which was totally unexpected and was a great start to our celebrations.
