"Schönes Haus, Küchenausstattung ausreichend, nur 2 abgezählte Mülltüten, dafür ausreichend Toilettenpapier. Kein Holz, sondern gepresste Briketts für den Ofen. Parkplatz im Winter recht weit vom Haus, Wege nicht gestreut, vereist und sehr glatt."

"Dit ruime houten vakantiehuis ligt prachtig aan een smal doodlopend asfaltweggetje in het Boheems Paradijs. Het is erg ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, behalve wifi. Maar wij hadden goede 5G-verbinding ter plaatse. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bohemen en Praag (op ruim 1 uur rijden). De omliggende natuur en kastelen en stadjes (o.a. Jicin) zijn prachtig. Wij maakten ook een mooie dagtocht naar Jelenia Gora net over de grens in Polen, leuk! Zeer geschikt voor een actieve...

"In diesem schönen Haus haben wir mit 12 Leuten die Goldene Hochzeit unserer Eltern gefeiert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist viel besser, als es die Beschreibung vermuten lässt. Die Küche ist riesengroß, gut ausgestattet und geheizt. Es gibt als Zusatzgerät einen Wasserkocher, Spülitabs, Seife etc. vorhanden. Sowohl im Erdgeschoß als auch in der oberen Etage befindet sich jeweils 1 Bad (oben mit Wanne UND Dusche, unten Dusche und Waschmaschine) und 1 davon räumlich getrennte...

"Dom je situovaný na okraji malej dedinky, kde oblohu v noci neosvetľujú svetlá mesta a tak je možnosť vidieť hviezdnu oblohu. Absencia hluku dopravy nechá vyniknúť koncert zvukov prírody. V dedine je voľne prístupné kúpalisko, kde sa deti môžu vyblázniť vo vode a aj dospelý osviežiť. K turistickým chodníkom je to blízko. Pobyt sme si užili."

"Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wer entspannt und in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Jederzeit für Hunde und Hundebesitzer empfehlenswert. Sehr, sehr nette Vermieter, tolles Häuschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank."

"Wir haben uns in unserem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in malerisch-herbstlicher Umgebung. Es war sehr ruhig, im Morgengrauen sahen wir die Rinder am Horizont entlang wandern. Wir konnten vor dem Haus Drachen steigen lassen und auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Backofen war leider noch nicht angeschlossen, was für 7 Tage aber kein Problem war. Zur Perfektion fehlt im Haus nur ein Kamin. Wir würden die Happy Hills jedem weiterempfehlen. "We had a fantastic holiday this summer at Pavel’s house who is a wonderful host and who is always happy to help and is quick to respond. The house is located in a very picturesque and private spot - a perfect place if you want to have a relaxing time. The pool is a massive bonus, especially for children and we all looked forward to having a dip in the pool after a day out. There is plenty to do in the area and nothing is too far away, I would be very happy to return in the future as there is so...

"Lovely property perfect location and great food. The only fault I would say is the sofa bed not suitable for sleeping and the mattresses on the bed are so hard I was struggling to sleep.but overall perfect stay."
