"Enjoyed staying here being very close walking distance to The Pass surfing beach where koalas hang out in the tree canopy. The wildlife is beautiful. The house itself was perfect for us to stay in with timber floors thruout. Loved it was nice & big and we could escape one another for peace & quiet. "Family of 11 stayed at property for Christmas period. Property was good for size family, good size bedrooms and 2 large living areas. The pool was a great asset and outdoor area was nice. However I feel that for the amount of money paid, simple things like the kitchen needed more utensils and cooking appliances. This was limited and basic. "Location was superb down private road with river on one side and a stones throw to the spectacular beach on the other side. The home was clean, spacious, modern and well appointed. I especially loved the layout of the four bedrooms and bathrooms, the 'hidden away' amenity cupboards and the welcoming combined living and kitchen. Would recommend to a small extended family group and hope to visit again"
