I want to like this hotel so much, however, I think my first stay will be my last. The space is stunning and the communal areas are gorgeous, but for me, it doesn’t outweigh the fact that you can hear every single door open, or another persons television (that isn’t too loud) or to top it off, ladies yelling at other people staying in a room in the hallway at 8pm because there is a “no noise policy”.
Overall it felt like you were staying at your grandmothers house, with your crazy drunk aunt in the room next door.
I ended up on edge, and tiptoeing.
Coffee and tea facilities are in the common areas and not in the room as well, making it quite uncomfortable early mornings when your husband opens the door to get a coffee in the communal kitchen while you’re naked in bed and some guys are looking right at you from across the hall.
Customer service, when they are there, are fantastic and I have nothing at all negative to say about that. The people on the front desk are exceptional.
