Lovely, relaxing weekend with sisters in Byron
Great location - 5 min walk to the beach, close to the town but just far enough away to be quiet! Lovely accommodation, thoughtfully laid out with nice touches like kitchen basics in the cupboards, good quality shampoo, soap etc. Attentive property managers, very easy instructions before and during our stay including local info. We’ll come back!

Great townhouse walking distance to beach and town. Perfect for 2 families. Facilities were great just like being at your own home. There is no air-con so very hot if there in the middle of summer.

The property was comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms were good. Living area/sofa perhaps a bit smaller than expected and a bit tired. Having said that it was clean and comfortable and we didn’t spend a lot of time at home. Thanks

This home is beautifully presented and super clean. We enjoyed walking to Clarkes beach for a swim every night and found it to be the perfect distance from town - still walkable but far enough out that it felt like a quiet place to retreat and relax :)

Had a great family holiday at Ardem. It’s located at the quieter end of town, backing onto reserve so can hear the birds and the beach. Only short walk to the beach and the town. Great location and comfortable facilities for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place!
We enjoyed our stay. Great location, perfect size rooms and kitchen with all necessary requirements for a family holiday. Loved the little door at rear leading to beach and other walking tracks. If you stay here you don't really need a car to get about either.

It was the best equipped Town House that Ive ever holiday rented and in a great position,it was everything that the pictures on the internet portrayed. I would not hesitate at booking it again.
