"The overall experience improved during the stay but the hotel reception didn’t even know we were booked and calls had to be made to the manager to confirm the online booking. We were unable to contact the hotel directly (the advice given on the Expedia website) for our late arrival as the landline number was not working. "The bungalow was nice, spacious, especially the terrace overlooking the mountain forest was beautiful. The food was good and we also appreciated a good bottle of wine with dinner. It also has the advantage of being just minutes from the main gate to the national park (Rushaga Gate). The place is harder to find though, more signage would be appreciated. "
