Muy sucio, todos los días tenía que pedir elementos de higiene y demoraban en entregarlo, estuve desde la mañana hasta la noche esperando que repongan papel higiénico en el baño, si no pedía jabón de tocador, no tenía ... Lo mismo con las toallas. El desayuno... Deja mucho que desear...

Péssimo atendimento. Café da manhã, eles te servem, fila para entrar no local, fraco. E no segundo andar. Pessoas idosas não conseguem subir escada. Chuveiro sem água quente. Quarto escuro. Demora para liberar o quarto. Não antecipam. Somente no horário. Primeira e última vez nessa pousada. Não gostei.

MAIOR FURADA DE BÚZIOS
Extremamente chateada com essa estadia. Foi Péssimo. Cafe da manhã - claybon cremoso!!! Iogurte não tinha e se tinha era pouco pq não era reposto, Pão ressecado Lencol que a cama estava forrado tinha AREIA. As colchas sujas Toalhas encardidas sem passar ferRO E SUJAS vaso entupido faltou água TELEVISÃO co defeito - teve que ser consertada GELADEIRA COM DEFEITO - teve que ser trocada colchão de péssima qualidade!!! O telefone da pousada não funciona Agora os rapazes ótimos !

darei nota 5 pois tem muitas coisas que pode mudar
gostaria de comunicar que a pousada é muito fraca e houve algumas coisas que me aborreceu bastante ; ao chegar não tem uma pessoa fixa para atendimento , vc fica esperando alguns minutos até ser atendido pois , não a proprietária para evitar mais gasto com empregados certo para cada função , ela coloca poucas pessoas para fazer de tudo , os empregados são prestativos porem , não há uma organização certa para o local , reservei um quarto , na hora que cheguei ficou parecendo que arrumaram um quarto na hora , e não era como tinha reservado , tinham acabado de colocar um frigobar e depois limparam o chão na hora e ficou um cheiro de desinfetante na hora . alguns pontos não estavam limpos , não verificaram o certo que tinha que verificar os itens do quarto , quando cheguei o chuveiro não estava funcionando água quente , porem resolveram na hora mais levou alguns minutos , mais foram prestativos a resolver . uma lampada do banheiro queimada . o quarto muito pequeno fora do que foi combinado , e cheirou uma parte da noite a esgoto . tv estava sem controle depois conseguiram um mesmo assim estava com defeito . na manhã seguinte falando com um dos funcionários eles ofereceram outro quarto totalmente mais correto , com mais espaço e tv de lcd que no outro era tubo de 14. quarto que era pra ter sido o correto . gostaria de deixar bem claro que os funcionários não tiveram culpas maiores , culpa maior é do dono que não contrata mais pessoas e a organização . café da manha é bom.

Fiquei num quarto para 5 pessoas. As camas eram confortáveis e a roupa de cama e toalhas eram razoáveis. O ar gela bem o quarto e tb há um ventilador de parede. Mas o que desapontou foi o banheiro. Pelo visto, fizeram uma obra mal feita e o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto que empesteava o quarto inteiro. Reclamamos na recepção, um rapaz mexeu no ralo do box e descobriu que um caninho estava solto, ele colocou no lugar, o cheiro amenizou, mas o banheiro continuou com um cheiro ruim, já que o ralo da pia tb exalava esse fedor. Um pouco mais da meia-noite faltou luz. Depois de esperar 1 hora pelo retorno, meu marido foi à recepção e descobrimos que só nós estávamos sem luz. O recepcionista confessou que se esqueceu de que havia gente naquele quarto! Nos mudamos para outro quarto no meio da noite. Quarto este que tb exalava mau cheiro do banheiro. Enfim, minha experiência com a pousada não foi boa. Qto ao café da manha, bem simples. Uma grande variedade de pães e 3 bolos.

A localização da pousada é muito boa, mas não tem uma infraestrutura boa! A limpeza deixou a desejar, o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e o box do banheiro acumulava muita água devido ao desnível do ralo, nojento!

Gostaria de fazer uma avaliação melhor desta pousada, mas infelizmente não foi possível devido a diversos casos que ocorreram. Localização excelente do lado da praia da ferradura e a menos de 2 Km do centro de Búzios, Quarto de Família para 5 pessoas, tinha uma cama de casal com um colchão muito bom, um beliche com duas camas e um sofá cama que deixava a desejar para quem era grande. Estado dos Quartos , por parecer rustica, o quarto necessita de algumas melhorias, por exemplo o Ar condicionado ficava colocado praticamente no chão do quarto, a porta estava com problemas de fechamento, algumas tomadas não funcionavam , a televisão era pequena e tinha os fios expostos da antena e de voltagem, o banheiro tinha um chuveiro que caia muito pouca água. precisa melhorar. Café da Manhã, muito básico e servido de 8:00 as 10:00 da manhã, como sugestão seria aumentar a duração e melhorar apresentação. Atendimento: Check in faltava os papeis para preenchimento dos dados para hospedes, o quarto realmente só foi liberado as 14:00 ( chegamos na pousada as 11:00 ). fizemos uma solicitação de mudança do quarto devido a um problema que foi atendido pela responsável, porém por erro nosso não deixamos as roupas prontas. Estacionamento: muito bom e não houve dificuldade para parar o carro. Wi-fi: funcionou mais estava lento e por vezes falhava. Resumo. Pelo preço pago por um estada de 04 dias no ano esperava muito mais da habitação.
