We offer breakfast and lunch preparation services, with ingredients provided by guests or arranged by our staff for an additional fee. You can arrive by car, taxi, or even directly by helicopter or private plane. Our team can assist with the arrangements and provide information on the investment associated with air transport options.
If you prefer, we can also arrange customized ground transportation services, including executive cars, vans, and more, to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Other Things to Note:
We offer breakfast and lunch service (items not included) and daily housekeeping for the rooms and house (cleaning and related products to be stocked by the guest, along with the groceries shopping, which we can organize, it's 250 BRL). The shift of the staff responsible for these services is from 8 AM to 5 PM. Additionally, a gardener is available for pool cleaning, garden maintenance, and exterior upkeep, working from 8 AM to 1 PM.
These staff members are dedicated to the house. If you require staff focused on serving your group, such as preparing drinks and appetizers, or serving at the pool or other areas of the house, preparing a barbecue, please let us know, and we can assist with hiring.
Clean bed linens and towels are provided every 5 days.
**House Rules:**
* Quiet hours: Up to 60 decibels from 10 PM to 9 AM, and 85 decibels at other times.
* Social visits are allowed with prior approval, limited to 9 AM to 6 PM, with up to 4 people at a time on the property, and 6 per day.
* No use of mattresses on the floor, sleeping on sofas, tampering with locked cabinets or pantries, using the washing machine without prior authorization and cost agreement. The pool must only be used by children under adult supervision.
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* We are not responsible for third-party outages such as water, electricity, cable, internet
* No recordings and/or videos (public or private) with commercial intent of the property can be shared/distributed, online or otherwise.
* Check-ins after 8 PM are subject to availability and a R$100 cash fee per event for the staff member being at disposal outside normal working hours.
* Organizing any type of event, such as parties or gatherings with friends outside the hosted group, is prohibited without prior written approval from the owner.
* 180 liters of water included per person per day. Excess consumption is charged extra. Electricity is included unless used irresponsibly (e.g., leaving the air conditioning on while at the beach or not using the room, same for sauna).
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rule violations will be penalized with the full security deposit per event, plus any loss or fine, and may result in eviction without refunds.
Interaction with Guests:
We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need a help or suggestion from us.
