Bom imóvel e ótima localização
Imóvel em condomínio com boa infraestrutura e ótima localização. Atende bem a 4 pessoas. Proprietário prestou todo o suporte necessário, sempre sendo bastante atencioso e solícito. Com certeza eu voltaria a alugá-lo ou indicaria a amigos em passeio à Búzios.

Uma semana maravilhosa.
Ótima localização, imóvel muito bonito e confortável, ótima infraestrutura, só faço a observação que para uma semana de aluguel deveria ter ao menos 1 limpeza e troca de enxoval, que pelo nível do imóvel deveria ser melhor também, mas fiquei muito satisfeito, indico e pretendo voltar.

O imóvel é muito bom, exatamente da forma anunciada! Atendeu plenamente às nossas expectativas!
O lugar é bem sossegado para dormir! Totalmente equipado! O condomínio é muito bom, com tudo funcionando: sauna, piscina, churrasqueira e salão de jogos! Bem localizado e arejado! Os dois ar-condicionados funcionam muito bem! O condominio possui 3 antenas de wi-fi, mas mesmo assim, no imóvel só conseguimos fazer conexão na sala e na varanda! O Sr.Carlos, que é o proprietário, foi muito atencioso e prestativo! Os empregados do condomínio são muito simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar no que for preciso! Amamos nossa estadia em Búzios! Certamente retornaremos ao imóvel! Recomendamos!

Condomínio excelente, Imóvel cheiro MOFO.
Para um final de semana, e se não for utilizar a cozinha, vale hospedar pelo condomínio que é excelente. Condomínio muito bonito, bem cuidado, porteiro 24 hrs, piscina limpinha, churrasqueira, sauna funcionando. Se for hospedar mais dias não recomendo, principalmente quem tem alergia ou crianças, pois estava com cheiro de mofo, o que ajudou um pouco foi o ar condicionado nos 02 quartos, mas mesmo assim tivemos de abrir as janelas e porta para circular o ar e entrar um pouco de sol. Deviam fazer isso mais vezes. Por ter telas nas janelas acho que não abrem sempre. A cozinha necessita de reposição de alguns ítens, não encontrei fervedor de água p/ fazer café, faca de corte p/churrasco, abridor garrafas de vinho e taça. Ficamos hospedados de 15 a 17/12/2017.

Muito bom.
Eu e minha família passamos o feriado do dia 12 de Outubro na casa do Carlos, a casa é ótima, fica em um condomínio muito bom com piscina, sauna, sala de jogos, porteiros receptivos e bem perto da praia. Foi tudo ótimo.

Férias Simplesmente Maravilhosa
Nossa estadia na casa em buzios foi maravilhosa, o condominio é tranquilo de uma paz que contagia.O proprietario Carlos sempre muito prestativo. As fotos expostas no alugue temporada condizem com o imovel. Super recomendo e com certeza voltaremos.

Ótima casa
Estivemos na casa a uma semana, foi realmente maravilhoso, excelente casa, bem equipada, senti falta de uma assadeira mas pedi no condomínio e me emprestaram, a casa estava limpa, condomínio aconchegante e silencioso. Perto da praia, a praia da esquerda é linda. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Com certeza voltaremos!!!
