Dogs - We only allow spayed or neutered Adult dogs, max 2 meduim sized. All dogs are not allowed to be left in the apartments unsupervised and are only allowed in the kitchen not in bedrooms or soft furnishing. All dogs are subject to complete a dog policy form.

Disappointing and not to the standard we had paid for.
The internet was down for the entire length of our stay , the reason given that the outage on the previous Friday and a new Modem had to be ordered. Muse Escapes did not tell us that the internet was down before we arrived. We used the internet in Cafes in Buxton and other settings to order tickets for attractions etc. The hot water was not on until the day after we arrived - the immersion heater switch had been taped down suggesting that it should not be used.. Muse Escapes said the cleaner would come to turn it back on. The oven did not heat up, once it had been turned on it did not heat up. The Utube manual described how to turn on the hob, not the oven- and did not provide any help . The staff we spoke to about these issues were helpful. The suite was clean and comfortable but could do with some small chests of drawers for putting clothes in.
