"Stayed here with my Son following a gig in Manchester and don't have any major complaints, we had a great check-in in the lovely foyer/bar area and found our room, yes it needed some sprucing up but it had beds, a shower and a toilet, an added bonus was tea and coffee facilities. We had to have a room move following an issue but this was done quickly and smoothly and was actually an upgrade as it had a window! again the room wasn't the most perfect aesthetically but in the main it was...
