In the North Sea resort of Tossens on the Wadden Sea Nature Park, very close to the beach (walking distance) is our private cottage in the resort of the Center Park North Sea coast. The approximately 4000 square meter water paradise Aqua Mundo forms the centerpiece of this holiday park. You can expect a friendly and cozy holiday home. The ground floor has a spacious bedroom, living-dining room with Erkerausbau umd terrace exit. A cozy Scandinavian wood flat screen TV with cable connection, DVD player and modern kitchen with extractor hood, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, the spacious shower room with toilet. The upper floor offers two more large sleeping or Nursery and also a kommplettes bathroom with shower and toilet. As it is an end house you will be able to enjoy the peace and the beautiful view.

Das Haus war okay. Die Lage ist eher bescheiden.. In näherer Umgebung ist einfach nix los. Burhave ganz nett, aber ansonsten hält es sich im Rahmen.

Het huisje was toch wat klein zeker als je met een rollator en rolstoel bent. Vaatwasser was stuk en zou gerepareerd worden echter is er niemand geweest

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Schön wäre eine saubere Terrasse u Terrassenmöbel u auch Kissen für die Stühle. Wäscherständer war da hilfreich wären auch klammern gewesen

Sehr geräumiges Haus. Rugige Lage aber trotzdem Spielplatz nicht weit. Zum Watt mit großem Spielplatz nicht so weit. Lebensmittelmark auch in der Nähe.

An sich war eigentlich alles soweit okay. Leider standen die 70 Euro endreinigung für das Haus nicht zum reinigungstatus des Hauses. Ich bin nicht so anspruchsvoll aber es war teilweise schon ziemlich dreckig … Tore fliegen auf allen Fensterbänken und echt viele Spinnen in den Ecken . Aber das ist auch das einzigste was uns nicht so gefallen hat . Sonst super Lage und tolle Unterkunft . Ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen . Also ich würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Family Trip
Das Haus hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein Grill wäre schön gewesen ;-) wie er zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung in der Beschreibung stand. Trotzdem haben wir das überlebt und die Küche zum Kochen benutzt. Das wir noch eine Nacht länger bleiben durften war auch klasse, vielen Dank! Grüße aus dem Münsterland

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann sich schön draußen hinsetzen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist schön eingerichtet.

Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in-Vorgang wurden wir gut betreut. Die Gästekarte war für viele Aktivitäten sehr hilfreich und sparte viel Geld. Das Haus werden wir nochmal buchen, falls wir nochmal in der Umgebung einen Kurzurlaub planen.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, das letzte in der Reihe und somit ruhig gelegen.
Im Innern, das Gegenteil. Alles hellhörig und laut. Toilettenspülung, Wasserleitungen, Duschen, die Spülmaschine, insbesondere die Dunstabzugshaube. Eine Sammlung von Geschirrteilen , Besteck und auch die Küchenutensilien eher mangelhaft!!! Wenn man mit einem Säugling in dem Haus zusammen lebt und sich, wenn das Baby im Bett ist, nicht traut zum Klo zu gehen, weil der Säugling nicht wieder aufwachen soll, ist das nervend!! Die Sauberkeit war oberflächlich. Man hält den Mieter an, Müll zu trennen, legt aber keine Beutel, in ausreichender Menge bereit. Ich bin nicht bereit eine 50. Packung Mülltüten, für Mülleimer, zu kaufen wenn nur 4-5 gebraucht werden. Ebenso bin ich es nicht gewohnt, bei meinem bevorzugtem Buchungsteam ( BOOKING), für etwas zu zahlen was mir nichts einbringt als Urlauber!! Danke FeWo für nichts, wie mein dänischer Freund immer sagte!!!!! Sogar die angepriesene kostenlose W-Lan Verbindung war ARMSELIG. Dorthin und dann mit FeWo , nie wieder!!!

Erholsamer Urlaub, doch Ferienhaus mit Kritik
Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und bot ausreichend Platz für 2 Familien mit Kindern. Allerdings hatten wir feststellen müssen, dass eine ordentliche Reinigung wohl nicht stattfand. Leider war es in Teilen sehr staubig und man hatte nach kurzer Zeit schwarze Füße vom Fußboden, auch waren einige Steckdosen ohne Funktion. Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern würden auch unliebsame Gäste fernhalten. Im großen und ganzen war es zwar ein erholsamer Urlaub aber für das nächste Mal würde ich eine andere Unterkunft bevorzugen.

Service vor Ort eher mittelmäßig. Eine Kurkarte fehlte - 3 Anrufe und ein persönlicher Besuch beim Service brachten endlich die Karte. Mängel am ersten Tag angezeigt, am Tag vor Abreise dann notdürftig verbessert. Objekt okay. Kontakt mit Vermieter direkt auch nett und super geklappt. Serive vor Ort eher na ja.

Gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten/Terasse, leider sehr dreckig
Alles wie beschrieben. Gute Ausstattung, nicht groß aber ausreichend Platz. Leider war es bei Ankunft extrem staubig und voller Spinnenweben. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin haben wir sofort die Endreinigung erstattet bekommen (eine Nachtreinigung wurde ebenfalls angeboten). Jedoch wäre eine von vornherein saubere Unterkunft für das Urlaubsgefühl schöner gewesen.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und sauber. Die Raumaufteilung hat uns gefallen. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein Endhaus und liegt wirklich sehr ruhig. Mit Blick ins Grüne. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Centerparkgeschehen und mit dem Auto recht zügig auch in der Näheren Umgebung.

Sehr schönes Haus. Einfacher Check Inn. Nette Verwaltung des Objektes. Sehr nette Vermieter. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen. Wenn letzteres gepasst hätte wäre alles mehr als perfekt gewesen.
