This lovingly renovated 2-bedroom apartment between sea and sky you are guaranteed to relax around: Modern, very tasteful and stylish ambiance, upscale amenities and unobstructed lake view over the dike, the sea and the unique mudflats promise every season magnificent views.

Our comfy apartment is located in the 12th Stock is conveniently accessible via the driving seat, free parking is available for you. Büsum Hauptdeich and the newly created family lagoon with surfing and kite-school and beach-catering can be reached in a few steps.

The bright, light-flooded apartment makes you want to holidays longer than a week. We have designed with meticulous attention to detail and offer our guests a holiday (almost) like in a hotel. Sheets and towels and the Büsum guest card (for 2 persons) are of course with us in the price. Enjoy your home on time with no hidden extras. We look forward to you!

Urlaub für Zwei
Die Wohnung war bezaubernd eingerichtet und bestach mit dem überwältigenden Meerblick. Die Küche ist sehr klein und hat dadurch wenig Platz für Vorräte. Ansonsten fehlte es in der Küche an nichts. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Leider hatten wir kaum W-lan, was den Urlaub mit zwei Kindern erschwerte. Die Lage ist super. Direkt am Wasser!

FeWo mit super Ausblick
Die FeWo ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist überragend. An unserer Reise und dem Aufenthalt hatten wir nichts was es zu bemängeln gab. Frau Dorn ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns bereits auf den Bildern einen schönen Eindruck versprochen und diesen den ganzen Urlaub über gehalten. Wir waren insgesamt sieben Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und funktionstüchtig. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und für zwei Personen bietet sie alles, was für einen Urlaub benötigt wird! Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an die Vermieterin, die von Beginn an sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war!

Alle guten Erwartungen weit übertroffen
Tolle, große und sehr saubere Wohnung, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. NOCH schöner als auf den schon supertollen Fotos bei der Buchung! Es fehlt an nichts. Und dieser Blick: ÜBERRAGEND! Dazu die herzliche Kommunikation mit Frau Dorn, die uns alles persönlich erklärt und viele Tipps gegeben hat, und die uns sogar mit einer Flasche Wein überrascht hat: Weltklasse! Traumhafte Sicht
Traumhafte Sicht in einer sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung, in der man sich auf Anhieb zu Hause fühlt. Schön auch die Kombination aus Ferienwohnung gepaart mit Hotel Elementen.

Als Wiederholungstäter haben wir die schöne Unterkunft wieder sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal und der Ausblick wunderschön. Probleme/Defekt mit den WLAN Gerät wurde gleich am nächsten Tag erneuert. Kleines Manko ist im Schlafzimmer sind die Wände sehr hellhörig und wenn eine etwas "lautere" Familie neben an ist, bekommt man es auch mit. Wir hatten in unsere Zeit Glück gehabt, da nur am letzten Abend wir gestört wurden sind.

Perfekte Unterkunft für Urlaub "im Watt"
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und bis ins Detail durchdacht (zum Beispiel können in einer Abstellkammer Koffer und Co verschwinden). Herrlich ist die Aussicht vom Essplatz bzw. vom Balkon; von hier kann man die Schönheit des Wattenmeeres auch dann genießen, wenn man einmal in der Ferienwohnung bleibt. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung für alle Unternehmungen in und um Büsum herum sehr günstig. Das Auto, das man vor Ort jedoch nicht benötigt, findet auf einem Parkplatz direkt am Haus Platz. Last but not least: Der Kontakt mit der äußerst hilfsbereiten und engagierten Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Frau Dorn!

Gelungener Urlaub mit Aussicht
Top Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf das Wattenmeer und den Büsumer Strand. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zur Badelagune. Top ausgestattetes und funktionales Apartment. Alles, was man sich im Urlaub nur wünschen kann.

Büsum "hoch hinaus"
Der gesamte Ablauf von A bis Z hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Ausblick ist natürlich grandios (auch in der obersten 21. Etage kann man hochfahren und die tolle Umgebung betrachten) und die Lage selbst ist super. Alles was man braucht vorhanden, außer ein Eierkocher ;-). Türen (Haupttür und Fahrstuhl) sind nur mit Schlüssel zu öffnen, sehr gute Absicherung.

Wunderbar erholt!
Wir haben uns in der hübschen Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt, frische Blümchen, eine Flasche Secco und die spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Meer haben das Ambiente perfekt gemacht! Daher war das Mieten des Strandkorbs bei der wechselhaften Wetterlage fast unnötig!

Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. In erster Linie wollten wir uns erholen und das ist sehr gut gelungen. Viel frische Luft und lange Sparziergänge. Fußläufig ist alles gut zu erreichen. Für uns super !

Es hat alles super geklappt .
Das Hochhaus ist einfach gut. Die Aussicht aus dem 12ten Stockwerk ist richtig schön. Sonnenuntergang ist vom Dach einfach toll. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht vom Balkon /Frühstückstisch überwältigend. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle erforderlichen Dinge waren vorhanden. Der Service war sehr gut, hätten jederzeit Bedarf anmelden können für neue Wäsche etc. Wir wurden sehr nett von Frau Dorn empfangen undeingewiesen. Leider ist der Eingangsbereich des Hauses nicht seniorenfreundlich.Aber dafür war der Ausblick vom Balkon gigantisch zu allen Tages-und Nachtzeiten.

Tolle Wohnung genialer Weitblick
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch bei Schietwetter kann man mal einen gemütlichen Tag in der Wohnung verbringen. Der direkte Blick vom Frühstückstisch auf das Wattenmeer ist der Hammer! Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Wohnung sieht in der Tat genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wenn wir wieder in diese Gegend kommen, ist dieses Objekt unsere erste Wahl. Danke Familie Dorn!
