The cozy and modern apartment is just a few meters from the new pearl bay with a sandy beach - ideal for long and relaxing days on the beach. The center with its shops and restaurants is also just a few minutes' walk away.
On 47 square meters you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation! Extra bedrooms and high-quality sofa beds can accommodate up to 4 people. You can take care of yourself in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and dishwasher. You can start your vacation in a good mood in the bathroom with shower and toilet. And for cozy evenings we have satellite TV and DVD players, numerous books, games and DVDs are waiting for you. Or enjoy the sun on our balcony from morning to evening (2nd Floor).
A parking space directly at the house is available, two bicycle parking spaces also belong to the apartment.

5 Minuten Fußweg vom Deich entfernt. Sehr gemutliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung. Wir haben zu zweit unsere Urlaubswoche sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in Zentraler Lage. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Lagune und auch zum Einkaufen sind es nur ein paar Minuten. In der Küche ist alles was man zum kochen benötigt.

Tolle Lage. Für 4 Personen ziemlich klein. Ausstattung ok. Schlafsofa war leider etwas fleckig und die Glühbirne im Kühlschrank kaputt. Preis Leistung war gut.

Erholsame Tage in Büsum
Die Ferienwohnung bietet den perfekten Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Für uns zwei Personen war die Größe der Wohnung perfekt. In der Ausstattung haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Familienlagune ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und auch bei schlechtem Wetter bietet Büsum einige tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage.
Die Wohnung liegt super, nur wenige 100 Meter von der Perlebucht entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Völlig entspannt
Hatte eine FeWo gesucht, die als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge praktisch liegt und gleichzeitig gemütlich ist, um auch mal den einen oder anderen Regentag abzuwettern. Das ging super, für's Kind genug Platz zum Spielen, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und Platz außenrum, also mit dem Kleinen auch ganz unkompliziert. Sehr netter und direkter Kontakt zu den Vermietern (über sehr schnell beantwortete emails). Lässt insgesamt keine Wünsche offen, wir kommen wieder :-)

Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und war schön eingerichtet! Die Lage war super mit Kind 10min zu Fuß in die Fußgängerzone sowie wenige Minuten zur Perlenbucht! Es war ein schöner Urlaub!

Ganz okay
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sich über zwei Stunden hingezogen und die Aussenfassade ist schon abschreckend. In der Wohnung ist alles ok. Die Nummer des Parkplatzes sollte direkt bei der Übergabe bekannt gegeben werden damit man nicht als Analphabet betitelt wird.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung
Wir waren mit unserem 5 Jährigen Sohn und unserer 2 Jährigen Tochter in dieser Ferienwohnung für eine Woche zu Gast. Der Aufenthalt war sehr positiv. Die Wohnung ist kleinkindfreundlich und die Küche ist für eigenes Kochen für die Familie gut geeignet. Der gesamte Ablauf und die Kommunikation waren sehr angenehm!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht (außer WLAN!) und ist toll gelegen. Man ist in weniger als 5 Minuten am Deich und auch ins Zentrum sind es nicht mehr als 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, wir können die Büsum Stuuv nur empfehlen.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung
Hübsch maritim eingerichtete Wohnung auf der 2. Etage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus . Alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Ideal war der kurze Weg zum Deich, wo wir ausgiebige Spaziergänge gemacht haben. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Schöne aber hellhörige Wohnung
In der Wohnung selber ist alles top! Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und super sauber. Allerdings hatten wir zur gleichen Zeit Nachbarn mit Hund die spät abends heimkamen und früh morgens wieder aktiv waren. Man konnte jede Unterhaltung wortwörtlich verfolgen und selbst das Spülen der Spülmaschine in der Nachbarwohnung war zu hören, ganz abgesehen vom Bellen des Hundes. Zudem ist der Schlafplatz in einem mini Raum, der sich nicht durchlüften lässt da das kleine Fenster ins Treppenhaus geht. Bei der Hitze der letzten Wochen war es unheimlich stickig. Bis auf diese beiden "Mängel" haben wir uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt .
