Apartment with lake views right at the Pearl Bay!

The apartment for 2 persons has about 40 square meters and was in 2016 consuming and completely renovated and furnished. It has a large living / sleeping area with wall beds (2x90 cm new back-friendly mattresses), a sofa bed, a large built-in wardrobe, dining table with 3 chairs directly on the panoramic windows, swivel TV, you can watch from the cozy couch and from the bed TV! , The large west facing balcony with uninterrupted views of the dike and the sea is equipped with patio furniture. Watch the passing pleasure boats or the crab cutter on the sea, in the evening you can enjoy on the balcony with a drink dreamlike sunsets.
Separate, well equipped kitchen, a new, modern bathroom, hallway and storage room. In the condominium there is a Waschmünzautomat, a roof terrace, with stunning views over the sea and countryside, a closed bicycle storage and free parking.
Access to the beach and Perlebucht about 100 m, walk in the pedestrian area about 10 minutes walk on the dike, always overlooking the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

In the village there are enough good restaurants for all tastes, supermarkets, bakeries. At the dike / perlage bay you can rent beach chairs, do a kite, surf or standup paddling course
or pedal boating.
For children is provided at the Perlebucht and in the place for plenty of employment.
In the new Watt'n Huus there is a cinema, a theater hall and a Tobehalle.
And everything is within easy walking distance, the car can stay in the free car park throughout your holiday in front of the house.

Wie schon letztes Jahr, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt in Büsum und in dieser schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen.

Schöne Wohnungen, gute Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für Urlaub benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und praktisch. Die Dusche könnte für kräftig gebaute Personen etwas zu eng sein. Wir hatten diesbezüglich keine Probleme. Der Zugang bis zum Aufzug ist nicht barrierefrei. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir (53 + 84J.) verbrachten eine erholsame Zeit mit viel Wind.

Schöner Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf die Nordsee, von der Dachterasse im 21. Stockwerk unbedingt den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Kurze Wege zum Deich, Bäcker und ins Zentrum. Sehr nette Einweisung vom Hausmeister. Wir haben die Zeit genossen.

Eingangsbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig

Die Wohnung war ok. Das Bett für ältere Menschen zu schwer, die Bettdecke war zu dünn. Der gesamte Eingangsbereich des Hauses war ungepflegt und nicht ansprechend. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden.

Besser geht es nicht

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Unsere Fragen wurden freundlich und humorvoll beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort durch die Agentur: zügig und freundlich. Die Fewo top! Toll, sauber und neuwertig. Besonders positiv fanden wir die abschließbare Garage für unsere E-Bikes. Vor Ort unbedingt die Dachterrasse aufsuchen: eine bessere Sicht gibt es in Büsum nicht! Die Lage ebenfalls super: innerhalb weniger Minuten ist eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenso zu erreichen wie gute Restaurants. Hier sei besonders das Fofftein und das Ralf's zu erwähnen. Kurzum: ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick von Balkon und Dachterrasse.

Die Wohnung in direkter Strandlage ist wie im Inserat beschrieben hell und modern eingerichtet. Büsum und Umgebung haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ich würde der Reinigungsfirma mal sagen dass auch die Fenster wieder einmal geputzt werden und auch unter der Polstergruppe. Sonst waralles ok

Tolle Aussicht !

Wir haben eine schöne, entspannte Urlaubswoche gehabt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war super, da man über den Deich bis hinaus zur Nordsee schauen konnte. Das Wandern im Watt hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und man konnte immer wieder etwas Neues erleben. Büsum ist wirklich eine Reise wert.

Alles Top!

Alles war super und hat reibungslos geklappt. Über die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Frau Voina oder der Hausverwaltung zwecks Schlüsselübergabe. Aussicht und Lage ist ebenfalls super. An der Ausstattung fehlt nichts. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.
